Perfect family hotel! Everything we needed and more!
Pros:

It’s an older hotel so there’s some minor wear & tear, most notably carpets. However, the comfortable beds, size of room and location are fantastic. The staff was super pleasant and helpful-very accommodating where possible. We loved that housekeeping isn’t a daily thing, but could request it or anything we needed at anytime. With two BIG teen boys, the extra sofa bed was terrific. After traveling through the MIGHTY 5 national parks for 6+ days- the laundry facilities were much needed and appreciated! Family dollar, small grocery store and Dominoes Pizza just across the parking lot was super convenient too. Lastly, my autistic son was thrilled to use the indoor pool and hot tub.

Cons:

The tv’s are not streaming “smart” so we couldn’t login to Netflix for my son’s favorite show but we made due. I think it would be great if the hotel kept a handful of the streaming sticks in hands to rent out daily. I’d have paid $10 a day and it’s much less costly than replacing all the tv’s. Next time I travel, I’ll pack my Roku stick.

It was a decent hotel, although the price is a bit steep for what you’re getting.
Pros:

Nice rooms with a couch and table, also the elevator was convenient for baggage and such

Cons:

Could have been better cleaned

Great location, good hotel
Pros:

The staff was friendly and gave great restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was basic, but good. The location was very convenient.

Cons:

The shower was weird and there was no liquid shower gel, which I believe all hotels should have.
