Pros:

Buenas instalaciones, desayuno.

Cons:

La limpieza, había muchos pelos en el desagüe de la ducha, también debajo de la cama estaba llena de polvo y suciedad. La cama era muy blanda y las sábanas eran asperas y no se afirmaban bien a la cama, se salían. La calefacción estaba muy fuerte, fuimos a pedir en recepción que la bajaran, pero nos dijeron que no se podía porque controlaba la de tres habitaciones y el resto no se había quejado, así que fue muy desagradable estar en la habitación, lo bueno es que Ohrid es muy bonito y es fácil encontrar panoramas. Por la noche tuvimos que abrir las ventanas, pero entraba mucho frío, entonces teníamos corrientes de frío y a la vez mucho calor del hotel. La ubicación tampoco es tan buena, porque el hotel está en un pasaje, entonces hay que alejarse del lago, luego doblar a otra calle para salir al lago, vi muchos otros hoteles mejor ubicados. Tampoco tiene bonita vista

Il signore dello staff che ci ha accolto è stato gentilissimo, ci ha anche consigliato un ristorante da raggiungere a piedi sul lago dove abbiamo mangiato bene accompagnati dalla musica locale di un complesso. La camera anche se non grandissima era perfettamente organizzata con tanti punti d'appoggio. Colazione migliorabile. Parcheggio gratuito presso l'hotel

Estancia agradable
Pros:

Habitación amplia,cercanía al centro y sobre todo la recepcionista Maria que nos ayudo en todo momento. Al tener el bus temprano nos prepararon desayuno para llevar y fue todo un detalle
