When I asked the male receptionist for a check-in just 30 minutes early because my bus to Molyvos was at 1:00 PM, he immediately said no without even bothering to check the room’s availability. This was a very simple customer request, and it is a standard service provided by hospitality-oriented hotels all over the world. Later, I sent a message asking if my handbag could be placed in my room once it was ready, as I would be returning late. Despite receiving their positive confirmation response, when I arrived back, my handbag was still sitting on the lobby floor. This is completely unacceptable in terms of service quality. The staff showed zero effort for customer satisfaction. I do not recommend this hotel

Konumu feribottan çıkar çıkmaz çok yakın, klima wifi güzel çalışıyor

Cons:

Asansör çok ufak bavulla 1 kişi ancak sığabiliyor, kahvaltı vasat sıcak kahvaltılıkların altı yanmıyor(3 gün kaldık)ikaz etmeme rağmen yakmadı yumurta sosis vs buz gibi oluyor tabiki.

Check-in yapmak için resepsiyonda beklediğimizi gördüğü halde kadın resepsiyonist telefonla konuşmaya devam etti.Sohbetinin bitmesini bekledik.Aile odası arka tarafa bakıyor ve odaları dar,biraz bunalttı bu yüzden.Bu otelde kalacaksanız denize bakan odaları tercih etmenizi öneririm.
