Konum çok iyi gümrüğe iskeleye çok yakın , çalışanlar oldukça yardımsever ve samimi
Odalar manzara güzel ve kullanım alanı bakımından yeterliydi.

Cons:

Restoran ufak. Müşteri potansiyelini karşılamada alan ve masa olarak yetersiz kalıyordu. Nevresimler yenilenmeli(özellikle pike olarak kullanılanlar.)Yıkanmaktan sararmış. Temiz hissini vermiyordu

Pros:

Konumu tam anlamıyla harika.Bir çok defa konakladığımız bir otel.konumu çalışanların nezaketi ve ilgili tutumu kesinlikle harika.Tam bir merkez oteli.

Cons:

Bu son kalışımızda biraz hayal kırıklığı yaşadık.Yoğun sezon olmasındanmı kaynaklı bilemiyorum ama odamız vasattı.Kahvaltının kalitesi bozulmuştu.

Emplacement très bien. Chambres de qualité.
Pros:

Situation de l'hôtel excellente. Chambre spacieuse. Equipements : réfrigérateur et bouilloire électrique dans la chambre très bien.

Cons:

- La salle de petit déjeuner sans système de climatisation en Août en Grèce c'est un peu rude.
+ Cependant l'hôtel dispose de quelques tables en terrasse dans la rue.
- Le nombre limité de places de parking automobile de l'hôtel.

Rooms with the Best Views in Mytilene
Pros:

The location was amazing, with a marvelous view over the city and the bay.

Cons:

Although the room is spacious enough, the bathroom is very small. I think it would be perfectly feasible to enlarge it by taking up a small part of the room. The bathroom also definitely needs renovation. The hotel has only six parking spaces in front of the building, which is not nearly enough. The breakfast and the cutlery were below average and the restaurant is not air conditioned.

Accomodative personnel, prime quality hotel near the port compared with alternatives in the island.
Pros:

The personnel, breakfast, cleanness were all very good. Being just near the port facilitates reaching the hotel on foot.

Cons:

We had a twin room. The AC on one side was not working efficiently. The room circuit breaker was tripping frequently on day. We were ok b/c we were not in the room during day but it could be problematic.

Banyo çok kötüydü .Duşa kabin yerine perde vardı.Küvet çok küçük olduğu için sular dışarı taşıyordu.Su gideri yanlış yerde olduğu için birikip göl oluyordu.
