The best view
Pros:

Love the location, the balcony, the amazing breakfast. The staff are very helpful and genuinely kind. I have stayed here many times and will continue to when I’m in Mytilene

Pros:

The hotel’s location and the view from our room were both very good. It’s right next to the ferry port and in a perfect spot for exploring Mytilene city center. The breakfast was sufficient, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

We stayed at this hotel for one night, mainly because we were very tired and wanted to rest somewhere close to the ferry. Unfortunately, the hotel was under renovation, and it was impossible to relax due to constant drilling and hammering noises between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

When we mentioned this at the reception, we were told that the renovation work would only take place between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM, but this was not accurate. Even outside these hours, there was significant noise due to preparation and cleanup.

At times, construction materials and ladders in the corridor even made it difficult to open the elevator door, and we experienced similar issues with our room door. There was also an issue with the minibar — we were told to keep it open by placing a towel in the door and that someone would come to fix it within an hour, but no one followed up.

It is simply unacceptable to assign rooms on these floors while such renovation work is ongoing. Our main purpose for staying here was to rest before our journey, but not only was this impossible, it also felt like health and safety were not properly considered. This level of disregard was very disappointing.

Την δεύτερη μέρα χάλασε το καζανάκι. Έκαναν κάποιες εργασίες ανακαίνισης για τις οποίες είχα όμως ενημερωθεί έγκαιρα.

Entirely satisfactory.
Pros:

Location excellent, breakfast not applicable. The staff and the desk first rate. Efficient and polite and helpful.

Cons:

The hotel rooms were good but it was busy with renovations in the hall so whereas these will improve the hotel it was a minor inconvenience and there was dust. And some noise.
