La colazione era varia per tutti gusti e anche molto buona!
Il personale in sala molto professionale e gentile!
Qualsiasi richiesta va sodisfatta e cercano fare anche di più!

Cons:

Il materasso non er amolto comodo e i cuscini o troppo alti o troppo bassi.
Le prese non esistevano vicino al letto.
Alle 7 del mattino hanno cominciato di fare i lavori in camera sopra! Non accettabile epr chi viene li a rilassarsi e dormire di più. Tra l'altro ho specificato nella richeista che ho bisogno di una camera silenziosa! Quindi ho dormito male...
La welness è carina ma gli orari della sauna sono molto scomodi, solo dalle ore 14 fino alle 19.
Noi che siamo arrivati alle 17:30 in hotel, prima di accomodarsi e tutto, siamo riusciti a godere la sauna solo 30 minuti! il giorno dopo il chek-out è alle 10:00, quindi la sauna non te la godi mai.

Pros:

Wir waren für eine kurze Auszeit in den Bergen dort. Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei was mit 20 € pro Tag veranschlagt wird. Die Zimmer waren komfortabel, sauber, gut ausgestattet und bequem. Das Buffet war Früh und Abends sehr gut bestückt und lecker mit allem was man braucht. Es gibt viele Parkplätze vor dem Hotel, sollten diese belegt sein braucht man nicht verzweifeln da sich in unmittelbarer nähe ein großes Areal befindet wo genügend Platz ist.
Eine Reifeisenbank, Sparkasse und Tankstelle befindet sich nur ca. 500 meter entfernt an der Hauptstraße.

Sowohl Frühstücksbuffet und auch das Buffet am Abebd war lecker mit guter Auswahl.

Cons:

Das Zimmer: Einfach nur lieblos. Viel Platz aber kein Flair. Schuhabdrücke gingen einmal quer durchs Zimmer.
Im Bad habe ich die nicht genutzten Bohrlöcher in den Fliesen nicht gezählt. Viele. Die Verbindung des Duschschlauchs zum Duschkopf war kaum vorhanden. Das Wasser hat überall hin gespritzt. Habe das beim Auschechecken an der Rezeption mitgeteilt. Antwort: Sie haben ja trotzdem geschafft zu duschen.
Fazit: das Zimmer hat nicht zum Status des Hotels gepasst.

Ein durchaus schönes Hotel
Pros:

Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und die Anbindung zu Skigebiet ist super. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustür.

Cons:

An der Rezeption hat man gemerkt, dass man als booking-Gast anders behandelt wurde als ein Direktbucher.
Alle anderen Gäste haben zur Begrüßung ein Glas Sekt bekommen, bei der Verabschiedung erhielten die anderen ein kleines Geschenk des Hauses, etc.
Es ist zwar für uns nicht notwendig, aber trotzdem gibt es ein komisches Gefühl.

Der Wellnessbereich ist für die Größe des Hotels viel zu klein.

Gutes Essen, tolle Lage, ansprechende Zimmer

Cons:

Kein herzlicher Empfang bei Ankunft, der Rezeptionistin musste man alle Informationen aus der Nase ziehen, war sehr zurückhaltend eher desinteressiert, das gleiche im Restaurant, der Servicechef begrüßte uns nicht mal, servierte die Teller einfach ab ohne mit uns zu kommunizieren, ob wir noch essen, was zum trinken wollen etc, gleiche Zurückhaltung auch bei weiblichem Servicepersonal, wir fühlten uns nicht wirklich willkommen.
Schade um dieses schöne Hotel.

The location and view from the hotelroom was very nice.

Cons:

First off the hotel parking was completely filled. When we walked in at the front desk the guy wasn't very welcoming. It seemed theyve had this parking issue for a while because he showed me a printout of where I could park. And said if all of these spots are filled you can park in 1 of the 4 handicap spots since we were only staying for 1 night. So after checking everything I had to park there. After our stay I went to my car and it was blocked in by red and white tape for some reason. When I was taking the ice off of my car 1 of the workers came up to me very rudely and said that the handicap spot is not for me and I need to move. After explaining the situation (which he should have been aware of already) He told me to just leave now because some of the spots of the normal parking were open. Just a very strange and rude way to treat your guests.
