Sehr gute Küche & feines Frühstückbuffet.

Cons:

Einzelzimmer extrem klein; max. 5m2 für Raum, wo EZ steht.
Badezimmer & WC separat - sehr bescheiden.
Ganzes EZ ca. 12m2

Sehr schön, wir werden gerne wiederkommen.
Pros:

Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut, Restaurant ebenso, sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Zimmer und Bad sind zwar ok, aber aus den 1980ern. Insbesondere das Bad (mit Badewanne!) sollte modernisiert werden.

Wunderschönes Zimmer das nur vom Ausblick auf Traunstein und Traunsee übertroffen wurde!
Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen! Waren auch abends essen, top Qualität!
Personal, kompetent, freundlich und zuvorkommend!
Es war ein Genuss!

Nicht gefallen hat mir nichts, denn wäre mir etwas aufgefallen, was nicht war, hätten die Mitarbeiter den Mangel mit Sicherheit behoben, den es nicht gab!

Frühstück war sehr gut

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr alt und abgewohnt, besonders die Sanitäranlagen! Am WC war ein furchtbarer Gestank, man musste die ganze Zeit die Lüftung eingeschaltet lassen damit man es überhaupt benutzen konnte!

Pros:

酒店🏨就在湖边、市政厅对面，位置相当不错。房间也很大临湖。早餐非常丰盛，能一边欣赏风景一边享受美食。服务一般，不主动帮你拿行李上楼，我提出来后才叫了个小服务生帮我行李拿上去。退房后我的浴巾忘记拿了，我行李寄存到12点，他们也没有通知我东西忘记了。

Cons:

这个价格和服务跟不上，其他都好。

Cons:

ich bin gehbehindert und sollte möglichst VOR dem Hotel austeigen können um mit meinem
Rollstuhl zur Rezeption zu kommen.
Am Tag unserer Anreise war der gesamte Platz zwischen Hotel und Rathaus durch ein Event
gesperrt, die Zufahrt zum Hotel mit Poller zu.
Auf unsere Frage ob man die aufmachen kann: NEIN! Damit war für die Rezeption das Thema
erledigt! Kein Rat, keine Hilfe, nichts…
Vielleicht könnte sich das 4Stern Hotel um eine Lösung kümmern!

Sehr guter Service und ausgezeichnetes Essen zu allen Mahlzeiten.
Pros:

Besseres Zimmer erhalten als gebucht und extrem gutes Frühstück. Auch unsere E-Bikes konnten wir problemlos im Gebäude laden.

Cons:

Lautes Unterhalten zwischen den Gebäuden bis gegen 1:30 Uhr. Das hat extrem gehallt und man konnte deshalb bei offenen Fenster nicht gut schlafen.

מלון מרכזי , חדרים גדולים , ארוחה אירופאית .

Cons:

היינו 3 זוגות ב-3 חדרים .בחדר אחד המים בשירותים לא ירדו - הפתרון שהמארחת הציעה - תלך למלון אחר ! חדר נוסף המים באמבטיה לא ירדו . אין מענה לאורחים הרגישים ללקטוז . אחת האורחות נאלצה ללכת למלון סמוך בתשלום .
