The location is excellent – close to the city center, the central station, and the shopping center. The restaurant is especially worth mentioning – excellent lunch and dinner. Apparently, the chef is excellent.
The hotel is definitely in need of an update. The windows and plumbing are a bit dated, and city noise is clearly audible. Rooms should probably be inspected more often—in our room, the shower handles had come loose, and the shampoo was so old it had already formed a residue. But all of this can be fixed with a thorough inspection of all the appliances.

Nice historic hotel. It’s close to both the railway station and the old town. Perfect option for a short visit. Rooms are spacious. The hotel is a bit outdated but it comes with good history vibes. Breakfast is just amazing making you want to get back!
It’s right in front of a tram stop, so you can be bothered by it.

The location is short walk to both the main train station and the Old Town. The breakfast is quite good. The dinner is adequate. The rooms are good and several are excellent. I have stayed at other hotels in Krakow, but this is my favorite. The wait-staff in the restaurant has always been first rate.
I have stayed here four times which says something. Nonetheless I have found the dinners not as good as I hoped. The staff is generally good, though oddly I have encountered one somewhat difficult receptionist and one rather rude maid.

Booking.com charged me $11 more than the posted room price on its website. I wrote three times to them about the situation, and included photos - request denied.

It was convenient to Old Town and shopping
The trams right outside the hotel make it extremely convenient but also very noisy for 20 hrs of the day. It is not the hot Le fault at all but ask for a room not facing the trams.
