Pros:

Beautiful old Hotel just across the road from Krakow Main Railway Station and yet just a few minutes walk from the historic Old Town area. I had the suite and it was gorgeous - really large and spacious, a huge bathtub, kettle, fridge, two TVs, good wifi. Breakfast was great. There is a large shopping centre just across the road where you can get everything you need, and a tram stop just outside.

مكان وموقع رائع مقابل مجمع تجاري مهم جدا مريح ومقابل محطات باص وترام لجميع الجهات.اغلب الطاقم ودود خاصة الشخص الذي طفتح الباب وساعدنا في الانتظار للتاكسي حتى بعد المغادره شكرا له. وطلبنا ترك الحقائب لموعد الطائره بعد المغادرة ووافقوا وطلبنا اضافة ساعه ووافقوا.ينظفون كل يوم وطلبنا مكوى وارسلوا لنا ولكن عدد المناشف قليل.وحبة الفطور جيده جدا.

のんびりとしたホテルです。
Pros:

駅に近い。建物に古いヨーロッパの味わいがある。部屋が広い。朝食が美味しかった。

Cons:

シャワーの水出が悪い。
六日間滞在したが、一度も掃除に来なかった。後で隣の部屋のドアには掃除してという札がかかっているに気付いた。しかし、私たちの部屋にはそういう札は置いていなかった。
ベッドシーツの交換を頼んでも、やってくれなかった。

Professional staff. Historic building. Superb breakfast. The perfect location.
Pros:

It was exceptionally clean, classic and classy decoration and it is 5 minutes from Krakow Central Station and 5 minutes from the Old Town. The perfect location for us. Our room had air conditioning and controls. Best hotel breakfast I’ve had in Poland (and I have had many).

Cons:

I liked everything about this hotel.

Uitstekende locatie van dit charmehotelletje met modern comfort en prima keuken.
Pros:

Charme van 100 jaar geleden behouden en toch alle comfort op een uitstekende locatie om de stad te bezoeken.
Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.
Veilige parking vlakbij het hotel.
Erg lekker ontbijtbuffet inbegrepen. Ook goed restaurant dat helemaal niet duur is voor de geboden kwaliteit.

הייתה לנו חוויה מצוינת. המיקום- נהדר, סמוך מאוד לתחנת הרכבת ומרחק דקות ספורות לעיר העתיקה.
ארוחת בוקר טובה מאוד.
הצוות- מקסים, ידידותי, מסייע, מאיר פנים. בכל נקודה עימם, חשתי אוריינטציה שירותית וזה היה כייף.
