Polecam Hotel Polonia. Jest naprawdę bardzo dobry.
Pros:

Spodziewałam się, że w tym miejscu będzie hałaśliwie. Nic podobnego. Cisza, przemiła obsługa. Wrócę na pewno.

BUENA UBICACIÓN, PERSONAL AMABLE

Se trata de un hotel muy bien ubicado, el personal amable y el desayuno muy completo.

Cons:

Nos tocó una habitación en la primera planta y la noche la pasamos en vela, ruido de los tranvías durante toda la noche, temblaba hasta la cama.

Un hotel bueno a nivel calidad-precio. Tienes buena ubicación sacrificando tranquilidad máxima.
Pros:

El restaurante sirve desayunos muy completos y equilibrados. En cuanto a la cena, sirven una gran variedad de platos tradicionales muy buenos y exquisitos. Sin duda, lo mejor del hotel es el restaurante. El trato del personal es correcto. El tamaño de la habitación es muy bueno a nivel relación calidad-precio.

Cons:

El sonido del tranvía. La primera noche nos hospedaron en una habitación en la primera planta justo delante del cambio de raíles del tranvía y no pudimos dormir. Los tranvías circulan de 4 a 23 de la noche y el ruido que hacía el tranvía al cambiar por los raíles era insoportable, y la mala insonorización de las ventanas tampoco ayudaba. Agradecemos mucho que nos cambiaran de habitación sin poner pegas. En la nueva habitación, que daba al otro lado de la calle, el ruido no era molesto, y aunque se escuchaba muy de fondo, no era ningún problema para el descanso. Si os hospedáis en este hotel, sugiero que pidáis de antemano por una habitación que no dé a la calle.

La limpieza deja un poco que desear, ya que nos encontramos cabello en la ducha de la primera habitación y algún cabello más en las sábanas de las camas en las dos habitaciones en las que nos hospedamos. Las sabanas también tenían algunas manchas de suciedad visibles, tal vez les vendría bien un cambio.

Fantastic location, wonderful breakfast, comfortable stay
Pros:

The Hotel Polonia is located just about 5 minutes walk from the Galeria mall and the new Krakow Glowny that is now built inside the mall. It is also on the edge of, if not actually in, the Stare Miasto. The breakfast was a wonderful spread of fresh and tasty food. There was something to suit every taste.

Cons:

The bathroom was adequate given that the hotel dates back many decades. The shower stall leaked water onto the floor drain; not sure why that is happening. The windows were old and probably should be replaced to help hold heat in. We kept the black out curtains closed to help.
