立地もよく快適で気持ちよく過ごせました。

スタッフの方々がとても丁寧で親切な接客をしてくださいました。

Cons:

年季が入ってはいるけれど設備は古くないしよかったです。
しいていうならベッドにコンセントがほしかったくらいです。

Pros:

いつも利用しているホテルなので安心感がある。駅の真ん前なので、立地が良く旅行に出る前には便利で利用させてもらっている。スタッフもわざわざエレベーター前まで案内してくれる親切さだった。

良かったけれど、ミラー前等にホコリが白く積もっていたのと、バスタブの外にシャワーの水が漏れるのが残念
Pros:

ロケーションがとてもよかった。ツインのお部屋が広かった。スタッフの方たちが皆感じよく親切だった。

Cons:

TV周り、部屋のミラー前の棚、ベッドの頭上の棚はホコリが白くしていた。
シャワーの水がカーテンをしていてもバスタブ外の床に漏れる。
朝食の豚汁は味噌汁の方が良い。朝から豚汁は食べたくない。

Good value! I'd stay again. Don't expect perfection.
Pros:

Clean and friendly! Easy to access vending machines on the first floor. Rooms are worth the price.

Cons:

Some staff are unprofessional. Paid for a parking ticket in the hotel that was useless. Was not immediately given a ticket for breakfast despite having paid for it online.

良かったです。
Pros:

駅に近いのが何よりの利点でした。高知駅に着いて、すぐに休めるのはありがたかったです。
喫煙部屋を間違って予約していたのを、快くその場で、変更して頂いた。
部屋も清潔で、ベッドも心地よかった。
荷物の預かりサービスも利用させて頂いた。朝食がちょうど良い量で、とてもおいしかった。

Cons:

ユニットバスにお湯を入れて浸かろうとしたが、とても狭く、ゆったり浸かることができなかった。
トイレ周りのスペースが狭く、トイレのフタが使用している時にも何度も降りてくるので、鬱陶しかった。
