Pros:

Located directly across from the train station. Very conveniently located. We were able to comfortably walk to Kochi castle and the shopping streets. Variety of food at breakfast was great.

Location and staff were great but not the centralised air-conditioning system
Pros:

The location of it being opposite JR Kochi station was great. Our room faced the station and I can see the trains and trams from our room. We hired a car from Toyota car rental and having the car rental office next to this hotel was a bonus.
Staff was friendly and provided good service in all our interactions.

Cons:

The centralised airconditioning made the room too warm for the weather.
We couldn't change to make it cooler and the hotel also couldn't change it to make it cooler.
So our room was stuffy and it wasn't great that we had to open our windows to let the air in (as there wasn't much cool air coming through and it was too noisy with the cars and can smell the car fumes).

立地が良くて便利
Pros:

とにかく立地が良い。高知駅が目の前。駐車場は立駐に停めれなくて隣の契約駐車場に停めたのですが１日８００円。便利でした。

Cons:

あえて言えば、ユニットバスが少し狭いなぁって感じぐらいです。

高知は4度目でしたが、ホテルは、一番よかったです！！
Pros:

立地がよい。駅チカで路面電車にも乗りやすい。駐車場の駐車時間も長いので車を置いたまま観光できる。

Cons:

洗面台の水道栓がシャワータイプだと朝、楽。

wonderful
Pros:

高知駅前でロケーションがよく
駅前なのに静かだったのもよい
ベッドがゆったりサイズなのがよい
朝食も美味しかった

Cons:

ポットの蓋が壊れているのか
ボタンを押し下げてもお湯が出てこなかった
これをフロントに伝えるのを忘れたのでよろしく

Great location
Pros:

Excellent location, comfortable business hotel and a good number of options at breakfast. The staff stored my bag for most of the day before check-in.

Nice hotel in a great location.
Pros:

It is in a very convenient location, right in front of the train station. It is a short walk from all kinds of restaurants and stores, and local transportation is abundant. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly.

Cons:

It has the layout of a typical Japanese urban hotel, which means the room is quite small by US standards. It was hard to find enough room to open up two medium size suitcases and still have room to walk around the bed.
