Excellent location near Kochi Station with friendly staff and very efficient housekeeping
Pros:

The hotel is ideally located just a 2-minute walk from Kochi Station, making it very convenient for transport. It is also within walking distance of key areas such as Aeon Mall (around 10 minutes), Hirome Market and the shopping arcade (10–15 minutes). Several convenience stores and a supermarket are also nearby. The staff was very friendly, and the housekeeping was efficient and well done, contributing to a comfortable stay.

Cons:

While the hotel is well located and comfortable, the overall experience remains fairly standard for the price range, without any standout features or amenities.

予約をするときは喫煙か禁煙か気を付ける事

駅が目の前
スタッフの対応がとても良かった

Cons:

こちらが間違えて喫煙室を予約してしまったので仕方ないけれど、やっぱり喫煙室は厳しいと感じた

ロケーションが最高！朝食がリーズナブルでとても美味しい！
Pros:

高知駅前、はりまや橋や桂浜へのバス停もすぐそば（高知橋）、自転車を3時間無料で借りられる、必要なものが揃っている、朝食は1300円で和食中心バイキングでとても美味しかった！

Cons:

レセプションのスタッフは観光案内などについての対応を含めてクールな印象であった。

部屋が広い。アクセスが良い

Cons:

禁煙を選んだのに喫煙ルームで、キャンセルもできず仕方なく他のホテルの禁煙を急遽借りて移動した。booking.comからの予約では禁煙にチェックを入れても禁煙ルームにならないらしい。そしてそのことを連絡もせず、システムのせいにしていた。原因を理解しているなら何かしら対応すべし
