Pros:

Great, value for money stay.
Both nights we took advantage of the hotel's spa and massage facilities, which were tidy and well taken care of.
Breakfast was decent, location was great, at a walking distance from anything you shall need.
Staff was accommodating and available whenever we needed information or assistance.

Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν στο κέντρο του χωριού
Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό και άνετο

Το πρωινό ήταν ελλιπές και πολλά από αυτά που υπήρχαν στο μπουφέ ήταν κρύα και ανοστα ή έτοιμα
Το προσωπικό ήταν γενικά αδιάφορο έως αγενές
Αυτό όμως που μας ενόχλησε αρκετά ήταν ότι υποτίθεται ότι στις παροχές περιλαμβάνεται ο χώρος του σπα... την ώρα του check-in και μόνο τότε, μιας και στο booking δεν αναφέρεται κάτι τέτοιο, μας πληροφόρησαν ότι πρέπει να κάνουμε συγκεκριμένα κράτηση για μόνο μία υπηρεσία εκ των τριών (sauna υδρομασάζ χαμάμ) και μόνο για 30 λεπτά και μάλιστα με ραντεβού
Εάν θέλαμε περισσότερο για κάθε 30 λεπτά έπρεπε να χρεωθούμε 10€ το κάθε άτομο... Χώρια ότι ακόμα και σε αυτή την περίπτωση έπρεπε να πάρουμε πρώτα τη μία υπηρεσία και μετά την άλλη χωρίς να έχουμε τη δυνατότητα να μπαίνουμε πx για 15 λεπτά στη σάουνα και εναλλάξ σε κάποια άλλη υπηρεσία προτίμησης μας
Από τη στιγμή που δεν μπορούσαμε να κάνουμε αλλιώς δεχτήκαμε την πολιτική και κλείνοντας κανονικά το ραντεβού μας τη δεύτερη μέρα πηγαίνοντας να κάνουμε υδρομασάζ κ ενώ υπάρχει συγκεκριμένο πρόγραμμα 15 λεπτών στο υδρομασάζ το οποίο ουσιαστικά ενεργοποιείται για δύο φορές ήρθαν και μας έβγαλαν 5 λεπτά νωρίτερα λέγοντάς μας ότι ο χρόνος τελείωσε(ενώ δεν υπήρχε καν επόμενο ραντεβού μετά από εμάς)
Σε υπόδειξή μας ότι μπήκαμε με καθυστέρηση λόγω προηγουμένων παρευρισκόμενων κι ότι έχουμε ακόμα 5 λεπτά μας απάντησαν με αερολογίες ότι το πρόγραμμα διαφέρει και άλλοτε κρατάει 14 λεπτά και άλλοτε ίσως 17 και ότι δεν είναι σταθερό
Πράγμα αδιανόητο
Στην υπόδειξή μας για λιγότερο χρόνο η απάντηση ενός εργαζομένου ήταν ένα ξερό "Εντάξει" κοιτάζοντάς μας με αδιαφορία
