Отличный отдых.отель за свои деньги великолепен.находится почти в центе-две остановки на метро до красной площади.номер классный нам дали (эконом не берите,они без окон).завтрак в порядке.отдых удался.спасибо

Между мандарином и клементином
Pros:

Отель находится недалеко от площади трёх вокзалов, по соседству с воинской частью и представительством РЖД. Путь до отеля не вызывает восторгов. Сам ресепшн выглядит уставшим. Приехали к 14 часам, пол часа пришлось стоять в очереди. Банковские карты не принимают. Названий как выяснилось у отеля несколько. Он и Мандарин, он и Клементин. Номер неплохой, но ковролин затертый. Из окна вид на двор воинской части. Постельное белье и полотенца нормальные, а одеяло тонкое. Фен слабый, шампунь и гель для душа кладут для галочки (маленькие пакетики с отвратительным содержимым). Холодильник есть, но размером с почтовый ящик. Состояние ванной комнаты не вызвало нареканий. На 1 сутки норм, но больше не вернусь.

Шикарный номер, чистый, хороший вежливый персонал качество обслуживания на высшем уровне, остался доволен. рекомендую!

Pros:

Персонал вежливый и внимательный. Заселение прошло быстро. В номере чисто и уютно. Телевизор с множеством каналов, холодильник, две бутылочки с водой, заварка, чайник. В номере есть гладильная доска и утюг. Завтрак "Шведский стол" очень вкусный, все продукты свежие, блюда разнообразные. Рсположение удобное. Отель красивый. Соответствует заявленному уровню. Большое спасибо за сервис. С удовольствием вернемся сюда ещё.
