Prachtige uitzicht op de bergen en meer
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk personeel.

De bedden en de slaapbank waren comfortabel. Het uitzicht is prachtig; het lijkt net een schilderij.(We hadden een superieur kamer met uitzicht op het meer)

Ook de sauna en het zwembad waren prima.


Het ontbijtbuffet was uitgebreid en van goede kwaliteit. Het dinerbuffet hebben we alleen de eerste avond geprobeerd, omdat we de keuze wat beperkt vonden.

Cons:

Bij aankomst troffen we op de vensterbanken, achter de slaapbank en in de badkamer meerdere dode insecten aan. Waarschijnlijk had de kamer enige tijd leeggestaan. Gelukkig was alles na de schoonmaak de volgende ochtend netjes verwijderd. Toch verwacht je bij een kamerprijs van meer dan €490 per nacht incl ontbijt dat de kamer bij aankomst volledig schoon is. Dit is zeker een aandachtspunt om te verbeteren.

Doporučuji tento krásný hotel, který nachází blízko jezera, městečka a hor.
Prostředí krasne, klidné a personál.velmi pozorný.
Vybavení, wellness, bazén, sauny, lehátka...vše, co k dobré dovolené potřebujete.
Výhledy neskutečné a uklidňující.
Určitě se vrátíme.

Excellent hotel, kind and helpful staff, amazing location
Pros:

All the staff we interacted with were extremely kind and helpful. Reception, restaurant, housekeeping - everyone without an exception! We felt very welcome and valued. Whenever we wanted any information or recommendations, the receptionist was very helpful providing us very detailed information including her experience/preferences instead of just pointing us towards brochures. The owner is very involved in running the establishment and this clearly showed in the way the staff interacted with the guests.
The breakfast was wonderful, it is a bit different from the typical breakfast buffet. We really enjoyed it.
The view from the our room was really nice and the indoor swimming pool too was really nice.
Convenient location as well, bus stop is right in front of the hotel.
Can't recommend this place enough.
Suggestions to travellers booking their stay here - spare enough time to walk around Wolfgangsee lake and St Gilgen village. Also walk along the lake to Furberg.

Однозначно рекомендуємо і повернемося ще!
Pros:

Місце просто розкішне, розташування, чистота, їжа, атмосфера, увага до гостей….все на вищому рівні. Відпочили і душею і тілом.

Cons:

Єдиний маленький мінус але він не зіпсував загальне враження - друге ліжко в кімнаті скрипіло і було завузьким для двох. Але це не зіпсувало враження про це чудове місце.

Lovely lakeside retreat in a charming hotel
Pros:

Great location, felt like a bit of paradise especially with the private lake access and garden/swimming pool.

Breakfast was fantastic and the staff were lovely and helpful at all times.

Really special place and I can't wait to go back.

Cons:

There is no aircon in the rooms which meant my room was too hot during the day. This is understandable given there was a heatwave but I think considering it is a 4 star hotel, they should have aircon in the rooms.
