Die Lage war sehr zentral. Man war schnell im Dorf und am Strand. Auch Parkplätze waren vorhanden. Die Stimmung im Hotel war sehr gut. Die Besitzerin und Managerin war sehr freundliche und hilfsbereit und hat sich für alle Zeit genommen. Das Frühstück war super und jeden Tag etwas anders, auch mit selbstgemachtem Gebäck. Es war immer recht gesellig und man hatte schnell Kontakt.

Cons:

Eigentlich hat mir alles gefallen. Das Bad war total neu und schön und funktional. Die Zimmer waren hell und die Aussicht war auch super. Mein Zimmer hatte Meersicht.

Ein super Hotel für unseren Kurztrip
Pros:

Die Inhaberin Silke, sowie die Angestellten im Service und Reinigung waren sehr nett.

Die Bewertung ist ausgelegt auf das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. ( Man kann nicht günstig Buchen und ein 5 Sterne Standart erwarten)

Das Hotel ist einfach und schlicht typisch griechisch gehalten. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und das Badezimmer äußerst modern.

Das Bett war bequem, leider war kein Doppelbett mehr vorhanden, aber auch die zwei zusammen gestellten Einzelbetten haben ihren soll erfüllt.

Wir waren im dritten Stock und die Aussicht über Agia Galini zum Meer war fantastisch. Wir lassen eh immer den Abend auf dem Balkon ausklingen.

Silke stand mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, sollte einen etwas stören oder man wünscht sich etwas sollte man keine Scheu haben nach zu fragen.

Besonders nett und eine Empfehlung an alle, bevor ihr einen Sonnenschirm kauft fragt Silke ganz lieb ob Sie euch einen ausleihen würde, ich glaube da lässt sich was arrangieren.

Das Frühstück war wie wir es kannten und dem Preis entsprechend Landestypisch. Es gab zwei verschiedene Sorten Brot, Obst und oder Gemüse und täglich wechselnd Ei oder etwas anderes. Der Aufschnitt variierte auch täglich etwas. Es ist ein einfach gehaltenes Frühstück mit kleinen Abwechslungen. Wer z.B. ein Omelett möchte kann gegen eine kleine Gebühr auch dies bestellen.

Die Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank etc. sind mit im Preis bei Booking inkludiert.

Cons:

Das WLAN war leider zu den Stoßzeiten nicht das beste, aber das war bis jetzt bei jeder Unterkunft in vielen Griechenlandreisen so. Da kann das Hotel nichts für.

The beds... our back just started feel pain after the first night... just go buy some mattress... Also drunk people smashing thinks and hitting doors around 4 in the night and Noone said anything to these people to calm down...

Best Hotel on Crete
Pros:

I was in Crete for four weeks and this was the best hotel I stayed in.
Calm, peaceful, friendly, great breakfast, lovely atmosphere and a very helpful and considerate owner.
i was there for three nights but could have stayed much longer.

Visit was much disappointed and we have not an idea about the ratings.
On our arrival: Room was simply dirty (cobweb on the wall, old and glutinous dust on bedframe, washbasin with hair (not ours and looking old on this spot). Delicious? Why discussing disgusting things, which are beyond any words, as the owner argued?

Breakfast? We are in Crete (Greece), so no expectations on 'continental breakfast' but, e.g. nobody needs coloured water as a Coffee. This is wasted money for used goods (here: Coffee & Water). No Yoghurt, no Honey, but one slice of ham and one slice of cheese for two. Saving money for nothing.
In our opinion: it has nothing to do with Crete.

We changed the Hotel and it is better in each way!

Ok for the price
Pros:

Nice small hotel in Agia Galini. Rent a small car to reach it. Nice prices. We visited it to go to the festival in Matala, as every room in Matala was at the time booked. The room was ok, nothing to complain about.

Perfectly situated near town but not too close to the party scene...grocery store around the back...across from the beach...Plenty of restaurants and the best cappuccino fredo right downstairs...$50.00 usd a night peak season...prepaid and non refundable of course..kitchenette with everything you need to prep food...can't say enought about the customer service...Kiria Eleni was very nice and professional
