Pros:

Desayuno bueno

Cons:

No funcionaba el bidet y no había secador de pelo en nuestro habitación, nos cambiaron a otra que era de menos categoría, es decir no tenía mueble ni estantes para la ropa, la tele era más chiquita, la decoración de la primera era con madera etc, la nueva bastante inferior

Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena x q está sobre la ruta, ya q es un hotel de paso.
Tiene un salón muy lindo y bien decorado.La habitación está ok, Al baño le falta mantenimiento.

Cons:

Bajo el nivel del servicio de comidas, en variedad y calidad sobre todo comparado con años anteriores que era excelente.Ofrecen desayuno a partir de las 7:00 am, pero nos pasó estar y no había nada armado y tuvimos q esperar q estaba llegando el personal.
Por otro lado me parece costoso x el servicio q están dando.

Pros:

La ubicación, sobre la ruta. Lo usamos para hacer una noche de paso, del sur a Bs As y no es necesario entrar al caos de Neuquen Capital (el hotel está en Plottier, a 500 metros de una avenida que conecta con la ruta que ibamos a tomar). Estacionamiento amplio frente a la puerta de la habitación. El desayuno standar, pero completo y rico (todo "casero"). Esta a unos 8km del Portal Jumbo, con locales, patio de comida, supermercado, etc. Muy buena presión de las duchas.

Cons:

No nos resulto muy cómodo el colchon, pero estimo que fue porque era muy blando, y nosotros usamos colchon "duro" de alta densidad en casa. Directv esta "desconectado", no funcionaba.

La comodidad de bajar de la ruta y llegar al hotel.
Las instalaciones en general son buenas.

Cons:

Puntualidad para atencion en el desayuno (7 am).
Sin alimentos integrales, descremados, sin TAC.
La limpieza general, so re todo por fuera, puede mejorar
