Det bästa hotellet i Monastir . Rekoenderas starkt.
Pros:

Läget och servicen. Maten var okej. Vi hade två ru. En svit och ett vanligt rum båda med havsutsikt. Trevlig personal.

Cons:

Finns inga direkta minus. Skulle möjligen vara korten till rummen som avmagnitiserades ett antal gånger.

EXCEPTIONNEL !
Pros:

Nous sommes venus pour nos premières vacances en famille avec notre bébé de 20 mois, et c’était juste exceptionnel ! Les infrastructures sont top : piscine, toboggan, et surtout la plage au bord de l’hôtel. La nourriture est bonne, le buffet change tous les jours et est de bonne qualité. Mention spéciale au personnel, qui est d’une gentillesse et d’une hospitalité juste incroyables. Encore merci pour le séjour que vous nous avez offert.

Ottimo cibo, ottima struttura. Consiglio!
Pros:

Il cibo, come anche in altri Iberostar in cui ho soggiornato, è eccezionale. Tanta varietà nei buffet, c'è di tutto per tutte le culture. La posizione della struttura è ottima, decentrata rispetto alla città di Monastir (ma di fronte ad un Aereoporto, ogni tanto si sente il suono di un aereo che parte ma non indice assolutamente sul soggiorno ed anzi, vedere aerei partire e vederli in volo è un qualcosa che a me personalmente mi fa sempre sognare di andare lontano). La struttura in generale è ottima, lo staff è super cordiale (a partire dalle donne delle pulizie, agli chef, agli animatori, al personale della hall). Consiglio!

Cons:

Ci sono solo un paio di piccoli appunti che vorrei fare. Nella nostra camera c'erano le formiche, presumibilmente venivano dal bagno. Abbiamo avuto problema perchè queste formiche erano praticamente ovunque. Un giorno abbiamo lasciato del cibo in camera e ci siamo trovati tantissime formiche nel piatto, sul tavolo. Ho provato a dire che abbiamo avuto questo problema ma, avendo avuto esperienza in prima persona, purtroppo non si possono debellare in un giorno, serve un trattamento duraturo con prodotti chimici forti che non può essere applicato nell'immediato. Personalmente non mi è stato chiesto se volessi cambiare camera ma non l'ho neanche richiesto, non è stato un grande problema per noi. Il secondo appunto è che non ho trovato Latte senza lattosio (normale) durante la colazione (ma presenti latte di Soya, Avena, Mandorla, quindi vegetale). Ho provato a dire che avrei preferito avere del latte normale senza lattosio (animale) e li ho visti un pò spiazzati ed impreparati. Ho apprezzato l'effort dello chef nel dirmi che ha mandato qualcuno del suo staff alla ricerca, ma purtroppo quel latte io non l'ho mai visto. Poco male, ho bevuto quello vegetale (perchè l'ho già bevuto in passato e piace). Ribadisco che non ho riempito alcun foglio per le allergie perchè la mia è un'intolleranza quindi ho ritenuto non opportuno fare discussione.
