The hotel is very nice, staff are amazing. Food is great. Very handy having a train station just over the road from the hotel. About 25 pence English money for a train ride to Sousse (40 minutes journey) and even cheaper to Monastir ( 20 minutes).
Trains are about every half hour.
Had some of the best food we have had at an all inclusive.
The staff were all amazing. I could name a few but to be honest they were all great.
Walking into Monastir takes about one hour fifty minutes and to be honest it's not really a nice walk. Lot's of litter and quite dumpy really. The taxis where quite annoying, pestering as 4 or 5 are always waiting outside the hotel. About 4 or 5 British pounds to Monastir.
Can't knock the hotel, but nothing in the area around the hotel.
We stayed for 2 weeks but think we could have done everything within a week.
If you just want to relax and stay around the hotel eating and drinking you can't go wrong with this place.
We occasionally saw dolphins from the hotel sea front and the occasional camel being lead past on the beach.
This was our first time in Tunisia. The people are lovely but the area really needs cleaning up.
Entertainment staff work hard and are always great to talk too.
You learn loads about their country.
We wish them all the best and a big thank you as they really looked after us!
Quite simply kuriat palace is epic and amazing in every way, the spotless superior family room was huge with separate private area, with TV and toilet for our teenage son which was perfect. The bed was huge and so comfy, never had such a goods night sleep, The absolutely stunning sea views from the large balcony were to die for especially watching the sunset of an evening or watching the sunrise in the morning. The excellent friendly and extremely helpful staff just went way above and beyond to be of service, the animation team and the restraunt staff made sure that our boy was positively entertained, always asking if he wanted to be involved in all the fun and games, they made sure he was extremely well fed including making him fresh pizzas just for him the way he likes them. It was our first stay with Iberostar hotels but it certainly won't be our last genuinely a 5 star review for a 5 star hotel and 5 star service. Extremely highly recommended you will not be disappointed *****
Well what can we say about this hotel the hotel itself is lovely the waiters and bar staff were all superb and the local drinks in my opinion are much much better than I have had in Europe ie Spain Portugal ….
The food is buffet styles as normal nothing special but something for everyone.
I must shout out to the animation team who were very good friendly not in your face so funny we really enjoyed all there shows led by an truly friendly manager lainnouchya (sorry if I spelt it wrong) but superb fun….
Obviously we don’t go on Holiday for the animation team but credit where credit was due great fun !!!
Thx team

We had a wonderful stay at this excellent hotel. Very clean, all staff nice friendly and helpful . Whole “resort” high security with locked gates and armed guards. Baggage scan each time you entered from outside resort . You have to change money once in Tunisia and they want cash for a lot of things eg trips, taxis. But you can’t take Tunisian cash out of the country. You can change it back at airport ( before check in) so long as you originally changed it at airport and still have the receipt. We had a bit left over and thought we’d spend at airport- can’t be done. At check in they take it off you. Euros used after check in!!?? You can reclaim it if you revisit country within 2 years. Nice little money spinner for the country- but not very endearing! Not hotel’s fault, but cash required for trips and taxis- difficult to know in advance how much you’ll need .There is a money machine at the hotel- but don’t get more than you need! Food and drink at hotel- superb. Lots of choices for everyone every meal. If you order a glass of wine you get a bottle! Whole hotel very clean- staff constantly polishing floors etc. very short distance to nice Sandy beach. Pool good length to swim. Slides for bigger people as well as kiddies, great fun . Plenty of helpful lifeguards. Lots of friendly activity staff trying to get us involved in all sorts eg volleyball, aqua aerobics, darts, evening parties, etc but we’re not bothered about that sort of thing. Bloke in foyer selling trips , we went on quad bike excursion which was great fun amongst olive trees and well worth it. Then later in hol went on catamaran trip which we didn’t enjoy as much. No dolphins, 1 minute swim , not friendly, hat for tips! Booked taxi trips just for us via very helpful Sara on the desk £110 fir return taxi trip for 5 to El Jem colosseum . Very good and driver very helpful. Also went to Monastir £70 for return taxi for 5. Dropped us off, arranged to pick us up at a certain time but never came! Ended up getting two local yellow taxis back for 40 dinar ( about £10) for the two. Much cheaper than through hotel. Hotel compensated us ( to be fair) for non pick up and were very apologetic. If I were to go again I would walk down drive and get a yellow taxi at the gate. Net in sea to protect us from jellyfish- didn’t see any so must work! Sea lovely and warm but not worth taking snorkel as choppy and cloudy some days and bigger fish wouldn’t get through net to see. We had quite a long walk to our room, but that was just luck of the draw. Rooms cleaned daily and lovely towel arrangements ( eg beautiful swans etc) fridge restocked daily, if not enough water you could get extra bottles at the bar easily . Local drinks very nice, good beer, cocktails and whisky all included . Got stamps from little hotel shop for my postcards and posted at the desk of hotel. They took weeks to arrive at uk destinations. but finally did! Nice little shop not too expensive in hotel, friendly. All in all a very interesting holiday in an excellent hotel
Massage with Amira was the best. She is the best masseuse
We got engaged on our trip and had such a lovely time at this hotel🙂
All the staff were very friendly and accommodating, the facilities are brilliant and was very cheap for the all inclusive price we were very impressed!
The rooms were very clean and had a nice powerful shower, comfortable beds and air con was very powerful. The food was really lovely too, there was so much fresh meat, fish, vegetables, fruit, ice creams and such a range of dishes for everyone.
The pool was freezing cold that was the only issue, it wasn't pleasant to go in much so we mainly sunbathed!
Special shoutout to Khmaies and Mootez who we chatted to lots throughout our trip and went above and beyond!
On our engagement night, we were given complimentary bottles of prosecco (which was bright blue but lovely) which was very kind and a nice touch.
Highly recommend this hotel to anyone!
Unfortunately, no one answers the phone, even in case of an emergency or if something happens. Not a reassuring experience
I absolutely loved this hotel. All the staff were truly exceptional, so friendly, helpful and so welcoming. Mister Happy in the hotel shop was amazing. Muhammed, Ali, Houda, housekeeping, security, catering staff, bar, restarant staff - soo many people made my stay an unforgettable one. Will 1000% recommend and would 1000% stay here again.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Iberostar Kuriat Palace. The hotel itself is beautiful, both inside and out, but what truly made the experience stand out was all of the staff. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, which made us feel comfortable from the start. The security within the hotel was also thorough which made us feel safe, especially as women. The hotel also had its own ATM machines which was very convenient. The gift shop was well priced and the shopkeeper was an endearing old man.
Arwa at reception was especially helpful when it came to booking tours around Tunisia. She was informative and made everything easy for us, and through those tours we ended up meeting some great new friends. For an all-inclusive hotel, the food was very good, with plenty of variety and options from different cuisines. Chef Mahmoud was incredibly welcoming, and the same goes for the rest of the kitchen and waiting staff - the service was always excellent.
The highlight of the stay for me would definitely be the animation team. Their shows every night were fun and full of energy. Luka brought such a positive vibe and was always smiling, Pika is an amazing dancer and made everyone feel included on the dance floor, and Zizo was great at both dancing and teaching pool aerobics!
Overall, it was a really memorable stay and I wish I never had to leave!!!
I'm writing this review, to emphasise how amazing and friendly the staff within the kuriat Plalace truly are.
From the entertainment team, to the cleaners you can truly understand why they love their jobs.
Our main waiter of the evenings was mortaz, he works with a keen eye and is always highly attentive, making sure we had everything that we needed.
The entertainment team has many members of staff that also made the holiday so special!
Snoopy was the life of the party and never failed to make everyone feel at home.
Luka was always dancing and also helped to translate Arabic songs to help us to understand.
Pika was always smiling and has the best connection with the other staff members.
And there was Zizo, who doesn't need words to have a conversation with any guest.
Ayman at the front desk making us welcome as soon as we walked through the doors.
To conclude, the staff within this hotel make you feel so welcome and as someone that has social anxiety I couldn't recommend this hotel enough. Thank you to the staff for making it special. And we will be coming back.
Very nice hotel food very good staff very friendly very nice. I will recommend to come visit a hotel.
Fantastic hotel with fantastic staff everyone is super friendly from the cleaners bar staff waiters and entertainment staff.
Zizo is superb! Great person and always willing to chat and help out.
Recommend a visit to this fabulous place with fabulous people
5star all the way
Our holiday at Kuriat Palace was made truly unforgettable thanks to Aymen, a front-of-house server who is, without question, exceptional at his job. We have travelled widely, and Aymen is genuinely the best front-of-house professional we have ever met.
His service goes far beyond what is expected. He is attentive, professional, warm, and incredibly thoughtful, always anticipating needs before they’re even mentioned. He treats every guest with respect and kindness, handles everything with confidence, and naturally leads by example. It is clear that he already works at a managerial level in both attitude and ability.
What made our experience even more special was how Aymen shared his love for Tunisia, his culture, and his family. Because of him, we didn’t just enjoy a holiday — we connected with the country. We are already planning to return to Tunisia specifically to see Aymen again and to experience more of the beautiful place he so proudly represents.
Aymen is an absolute credit to Kuriat Palace. Promoting him to manager would not only be well deserved, it would be a smart decision for the hotel. He elevates the guest experience in every possible way. Thank you, Aymen, for making our holiday truly unforgettable.
This hotel was special. Location was great, the food was varied, tasty and beautifully presented. Care was taken by all the staff team to ensure we had a lovely stay, nothing too much trouble. The hotel was really clean and well maintained.
The entertainment team were great, particularly Luca, such a happy friendly person
Entertainer Willie took us a to a club where he scammed us, making us buy him drinks and give him money, when we refused he got violent and got security and forced us to pay. second, he asks guests to go outside with him to give him alcohol on the job. NOT SAFE!
Willy was great at making us all feel welcome and included us in all activites...what a dancer and was patient and just made me laugh 😃 the hotel was first class and all the entertainment team.should be praised for there efforts....thanks for the best time on Tunisia 🇹🇳 we will be back xx
We stayed at this resort for a week and had a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday. The service from all staff was outstanding — everyone went above and beyond to make us feel genuinely looked after, which made a big difference to our stay. The food was excellent throughout, with plenty of choice and great quality.
A special mention goes to the entertainment team, who were easily one of the best we’ve experienced — friendly, energetic, and great at creating a fun atmosphere during the day. While the evening entertainment could have been stronger and more varied, it didn’t take away from the overall experience.
Overall, it was a wonderful, stress-free holiday and we would happily return.
The hotel is good, the food is good, the cleaning is good but there is an entertainer called Luka and everyday he invite me to go outside the hotel and the boss of the entertainment never smiles or interacts and the evening shows are boring but the waiters are very friendly and give good service
Great experience, clean space and wonderful entertainment great food and wonderful Zumba classes come if you want to enjoy
My journey to iberostar kuriat palace Hotel was a wonderful and relaxing experience. As soon as I arrived, I felt welcomed by the elegant atmosphere and the friendly staff. The hotel is beautiful, combining luxury with comfort, and the view made the stay even more special. My room was clean, spacious, and well designed, which helped me feel at ease. I enjoyed walking around the hotel, discovering its facilities and calm environment. The service was excellent, and everything was well organized.
