Entspannter Familienurlaub, der unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen hat
Pros:

Gleich nach Ankunft erhielten wir- ungefragt- ein kostenfreies Upgrade auf Allinclusive. Das Essen (alle Mahlzeiten) war sehr, sehr gut- und wir sind sehr verwöhnt. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit!!! Das Hotel liegt zwar direkt neben dem Flughafen Monastir, aber wir haben NICHTS vom Fluglärm mitbekommen.

Cons:

Der Strand hätte sauberer sein können, aber die Abfallentsorgung in Tunesien war an allen Orten, an denen wir waren, gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Un excellent séjour avec un service et des prestations de grande qualité
Pros:

Le personnel est très aimable et professionnel, vraiment au top. La nourriture est excellente avec un buffet varié et de grande qualité. Les chambres sont propres et bien entretenues. Les équipements de l’hôtel sont également au top. Tout était parfait durant mon séjour.

Pros:

I loved every thing about this hotel..the staff were amazeing..shout out to Ashraf and Omar from the restaurant..also the resturant supervisor ( sorry dont know his name )..Tarek and Mahood from Lobby Bar..Ashraf the luggage handler and the housekeeping supervisor ( sorry not sure her name) They are all a credit to the hotel and go out of there way to make my stay magical. The food also was delicious and vast and better than other hotels ive stayed at in tunisia..the housekeepers do an amazeing job keeping every area immaculate..and rooms are soooo clean and comfortable. The little departing gift was an excellent ans welcomed touch. This hotel deserves every single star.

Cons:

I was a little disturbed by the over familiarness from certain memebrs of the animation team..not every female is looking for a hook up!
