Stay here - we were so well looked after
Pros:

This is our third time staying at Hotel Madeleine, and it did not disappoint. Having stayed more recently in self catering apartments for our skiing holidays it was wonderful to stay in a hotel. The food - amazing! Salad, starter, soup, main course, dessert and cheese (if you have room). The salad choice was extensive, all the food was beautifully presented and tasted great. Excellent choice for breakfast and afternoon cake and snack available. Staff were extremely friendly, professional and efficient. Rooms were serviced daily to a very high standard. We were able to get undercover parking outside the hotel. Good spa area with spa pool, saunas, infrared room, steam room and separate quiet/ lounge room. We didn't use the ski lockers in the hotel, but rented space from Scheiber (near the main gondolas). Hotel is a flat walk to town, close to bus station and not far from ski lifts. Ski area is great, buses to Hochgurgl and Solden come every 10 mins.

Ein wunderschöner Kurzurlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Eigentlich alles. Das Personal ist super nett, die Besitzer sind herzlich und authentisch.
Der Sauna Bereich ist sehr schön. Die Betten sind Mega .. findet man nicht oft
Und die Küche hat mehr wie 5 Sterne verdient

Wenn Du herzlich empfangen wirst, sogar ein Zimmer Upgrade bekommst, beim Frühstück nicht weisst, was du nehmen möchtest wegen der grossen Auswahl, keine 5 Minuten zum Bus ( Weltcup Shuttle) hast, nachmittags „Heim“ kommst , nach der Jause vorm Kamin, im tollen Wellness Bereich entspannen kannst, abends Auswahl innerst eines fantastischen 5-Gang-Menüs hast und dabei rundum von einem professionellen, sympathischen und eingespieltem Team verwöhnt wirst, kann man nur eins sagen:
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+ von uns!!!! Herzlichen Dank, wir sehen uns nächstes Jahr wieder. Die Schweizer 🇨🇭🤗

Wonderful 3 ski resorts, fab weather, outstanding hotel
Pros:

Location of hotel was really good, 5 mins to lift stations.
All meals and snacks were amazing, but for the simpler vegetarian taste there could have been another option.
Staff were outstanding, from the welcome greeting by owner Michael to Teresa who served us meals always polite and smiling and Alexander for his bar waiting and quick wit.
Fabulous holiday made better by the team. Bravo👏👏
