Bei dem Appartmentkomplex handelt es sich um eine kleine Oase an der Nordküste Kretas. Es ist ruhig, übersichtlich und sehr gepflegt.
Das Betreiber-Ehepaar ist sehr freundlich und spricht gut Englisch. Sie wohnen selber dort und wenn sie mal nicht da sind gibt es eine Nummer, die man anrufen kann, sodass sie innerhalb von 5 min da sind. Wenn man nichts von ihnen braucht, bekommt man aber eigentlich nichts von Ihnen mit. Wir haben uns bei unseren Ausflügen immer lokale Insidertipps geben lassen :)
Am Pool waren wir immer alleine (Oktober 2025), was wir mit Kind als sehr entspannt empfunden haben. Für unseren zweijährigen Sohn gab es einen Garten und einen Spielplatz zu entdecken! Außerdem grasen Schafe auf dem benachbarten Feld :)
Die Unterkunft verfügt über alles was man braucht: Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Herd, Ofen, Sandwich-Maker, TV, Safe, Duschbad und ein Balkon mit wunderschönem Meerblick! Man kann sich also gut selber versorgen. Es kommt täglich eine Reinigungskraft vorbei und Handtücher werden gestellt.
Für Autos stehen ausreichend Parkplätze direkt an der Straße zu Verfügung. Diese ist wenig befahren, die Parksituation dadurch sehr entspannt.
Das benachbarte Örtchen Damia ist fußläufig zu erreichen (10 min), dort gibt es alles was man braucht: Supermärkte, Restaurants, Tankstelle, Apotheke, sogar ein Arzt.
Auch das Meer ist fußläufig in 5 min gut zu erreichen. Der Strand ist allerdings sehr steinig, was wir als wenig attraktiv empfunden haben. Allerdings wird es ein bisschen weiter schon deutlich sandiger.
Infrastrukturell ist die Unterkunft gut gelegen: Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt an der Hauptstraße ca. 50 m entfernt. Mit dieser ist man auf der Insel gut angebunden: Georgioupoli 15 min (Fischerörtchen, Kapelle direkt auf dem Meer, schöner Spielplatz direkt am Parkplatz am Hafen), Argyroupoli 30 min (Bergdorf, sehr attraktiv) Rethymno 30 min (angespannte Parkplatzsituation, Tagesausflug aber gut möglich), Chania 1 Std. entfernt.

Wspaniała przyjazna atmosfera.

We were self catering we were met by the owner who explained the area and where things were .
He then showed us to our room where he explained everything in the room he also gave us complimentary drinks and water.
The apartments were beautiful well equipped and spotlessly clean.
The pool area was lovely.
The cleaning staff removed waste/ rubbish from the room daily and exchanged linens and towels.
We would not hesitate to recommend and return.

Friendly, family-run hotel, walking distance to beaches.

Fin dall’arrivo lo staff é stato molto cordiale. Il nostro volo era in ritardo e abbiamo avuto problemi con la
Macchina , siamo quindi arrivati dopo la chiusura della reception. Lo staff ci ha comunque aspettati pazientemente .
La stanza era molto grande , più di un solito monolocale , il balcone vista mare molto bello 😍
Pulizie perfette.
Ritornerò presto , ciao ! ☺️

I přes pozdní příjezd ( v 22:30),vřelé přivítání, v ledničce malé občerstvení (pivo a nealko pití).Čisté pokoje(každý den úklid),úžasný bazén. Jezdíme na Krétu 10 let a toto bylo to nejlepší ubytování. Úžasní hostitelé ve všem poradí. Nedaleko jsou obchody a taverny.
V případě další návštěvy Kréty se sem rád vrátím a velice doporučuji tyto apartmány jak pro jejich umístění a čistotu tak pro ochotný a vřelý přístup majitelů.

A quiet location but only a 10 minute walk from the village which has a few restaurants, bars and shops. A large apartment equipped with everything we needed and a lovely sea view. It was comfortable and very clean. We hired a car and we were only a few metres from the main road of the island so it was easy to get around and visit places. The pool area was lovely although the bar was closed while we were there. Great staff.

Great place, great people. Tje staf was super helpful, we had quite a few problems to reach the hotel and they were really understanding. Thay also helped us getting in contact with the rental company, which was also difficult to contact.
