Clean and adequate
Pros:

The proximity to everything

Promised to go back!
Pros:

Location and value for money. Hotel arranged for early breakfast to fit in with our plans which was greatly appreciated.

Cons:

We had three rooms and we had to contact reception to get toilet rolls, water and towels during our stay there. So a little more attention is needed by room cleaning staff.

Perfect stay to explore the Old City, great location
Pros:

This is a super cute hotel located in a great area of the old city!
We were able to mainly walk everywhere for all of the shops/bars/restaurants and general tourist areas.
The rooms are clean and comfortable.
The staff are so friendly and kind. They even gave us a free breakfast coupon on our last day which was such a nice touch. We had tours pick us up from here with no problem. We got our laundry done here which was very reasonably priced and less stressful than waiting at a launderette.
The hotel is located down a small side alley, so there is no main traffic whizzing past which I liked.
I would definitely stay here again.

在古城内，离主要景点步行在1公里可以到达，旅馆有电梯，房间数量很少，很清静。

Cons:

这栋建筑物是旧屋，灯光昏暗，不隔音，木质家具陈设90年代旧款式房间面积很小，床上用品颜色太丑了，土黄色（我去很多国家旅行住过很多旅馆，大多数都是白色，这个旅馆比美国的汽车旅馆还旧），迷你厕所，没有浴帘，没有玻璃门，没有高差洗澡水往外溢出，WIFI信号很差，没有USB充电接口？？？还有重要一点！！现在2026年房间没有电话？？？客房服务几乎没有，服务人员很少，房间的卫生需要客人去催，到达第一晚发现洗手池设施有坏的，给前台人员拍了照片，想打电话发现没有电话，需要客人自己下楼叫人，到房间当面沟通之后前台人员说第二天来修，住了4天没有人来维修？？？？也没有人回复，花了一万多泰铢性价比太低，没有享受服务，这个价格在其他国家可以住3星酒店。

Prima hotel, fijne locatie
Pros:

Chiang Mai is een stad met een dorpskarakter.
Locatie is prima, lieve mensen, heel.behulpzaam, spreken alleen slecht Engels.
Lekker bed.
Ontbijt ok, voor iedereen is er wat, broodjes, muesli, yogurt en fruit.
Buiten het hotel heb je Hanna, dat is echt een aanrader voor ontbijt, prima cappuccino ook.

Cons:

Badkamer met een halve wand is niet fijn, je moet de regendouche even naar binnen buigen anders wordt het een waterballet.
De kamer is erg klein, is is geen kast voor je spullen, dat is wel even improviseren.

Very disappointing. Difficult room.
Pros:

Good points. The bed was comfortable. The WiFi in room 304 worked fine. It was nice to have an elevator with automatic doors.

Cons:

Boutique. For me this has come to mean "uncomfortable". The room was tiny. The bed occupied most of the room. There was no place to open my large bag, however 2 tiny stools (or tables?) placed at the foot of the bed allowed me to access my bag without crawling on the floor.

There is no storage other than an open hanging rack with 4 hangers located directly above the tiny fridge with the kettle/ coffee/ tea service on top. Any clothing hung there was laying on top of the coffee service items.

The shower. Very strange. Scalding hot water alternated with freezing cold water moment to moment every time I used the shower between 6am and 11pm. The handheld shower head had only one position on the wall. Put there, water sprayed outside the shower. There was no plug for the sink drain, only a gaping hole. The only place to put toiletries was a tiny open shelf next to the toilet.

The AC temperature setting had nothing to do with the actual temperature in the room. I set it at 26° and was still freezing. The AC blows directly onto the bed. Turn it off and the room becomes sweltering in a few minutes.

The floor was very dirty. I always take off my street shoes when I enter a room. Walking across my room's floor without wearing the provided shoes made my feet black. Much worse than walking around Chiang Mai all day in sandals.

Lovely stay in Chiang Mai old town.
Pros:

Very nice hotel within the walls of the old town, in an area that is relatively quiet. The team endeavoured to make my stay comfortable and I felt very well looked after.

Cons:

The internet didn't work in my room, the team did all they could to fix it but ultimately that was not possible. Good connection in the lobby.
