Nice room, clean hotel, staff needs to work on customer service skills.
Pros:

I only had orange juice and took a bagel to go.

Cons:

I walked in without a reservation; I wanted to see the hotel location first. The woman at the desk gave me a much higher price than I had just found online in my car. I was advised by the front desk lady to try to reserve it myself. I sat in the lobby and booked the room for the lower price. I was surprised they allowed this to take place, I didn't receive a confirmation number, so I booked it again. I was then advised that she was seeing two reservations in my name.
When I checked out the two men at the counter didn't ask how my stay was. A bit unfriendly.
I did like my room more than I thought I would.

Pros:

El hotel es nuevo así que todo funciona y es muy bonito. El cuarto estaba muy limpio, era del tamaño perfecto, sin estar pequeño. La decoración es muy bonita, las camas son exageradamente cómodas, el personal amable y el desayuno lo típico que se ofrece en los hoteles pero suficiente para iniciar el día.

Cons:

Entiendo que SLO es una ciudad estudiantil, pero habia una fiesta en el jacuzzi con estudiantes tomando cerveza cuando intenté entrar, lo cual me hizo sentir muy incómoda como mujer sola y opté por no usar el jacuzzi. Ojalá el hotel tuviera más cuidado con esto.

Exceptionall sunset view
Pros:

The view from the pool and jacuzzi on the terrace was exceptional. I can still remember the sun going down behind mountains on the horizon. I would stay there once again just for that experience.

Loved the room, rooftop pool.
Pros:

Location was great room large, quiet,with tea and coffee making. Beds were comfortable and shower worked well. We liked the rooftop pool and breakfast.

Cons:

Plastic cutlery and paper plates for breakfast.

Une bonne proposition de valeur pour la région
Pros:

Un hôtel récent, en bon état, et bien situé. Le petit déjeuner est mieux que dans certains autres établissements comparables (il y des œufs brouillés, du bacon, des saucisses et des pancakes). La piscine est très petite mais tout est bien aménagé et le personnel est très accueillant.

Cons:

Reste que le prix n’est pas raisonnable (même si cela reste une meilleure proposition de valeur que les villes du bord de mer). Et il faut avoir en tête que le parking est payant (15$ par jour) ce qui revient à majorer d’autant les prix affichés, et la méthode est toujours crispante car elle montre le niveau de considération pour les clients…
