Pros:

Location is excellent with a nice sea view from the room.
Hotel is very old fashioned and not in a good shape. I would probably rate it as a 7 minus but the 10 goes for the old couple who runs it. Very sweet people and eager to help anyway they can.
Excellent value for money.

Cons:

Bed was very uncomfortable.
Position of the air condition on the wall is all wrong, the cold air is hitting you all the time.

Nice view from front terrace

Cons:

Lots and lots of steps / stairs and this was not clear on booking. I had a 23 kg suitcase which was heavy and lugging it up steps and stairs was not nice.
No offer of help.
Facilities very dated - bathrooms really need an upgrade - no view from back room other than a brick wall.
