Cosy studio apartment in a great location
Pros:

The studio apartment was clean with a full compact kitchen; complete with oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, etc.
The furnishings appeared new (to me)
Bed was comfortable, showers were good and there was a SMART TV as well
Rooftop terrace was a plus where you can chill and could have a smoke and take in the view of a part of the Acropolis
Walking distance to most of the sights in the old town like the Acropolis, the museum, Temple of Hephaestus, etc.
Great location. Lots of cafes and restaurants and shops within walking distance all around
Public transport easily accessible (metro, trams, buses)
The hosts gave clear instructions on on how to self check and enter the apartment. You can request to be met and assisted for the check in (for a fee), but I think it is not needed
Great communication with the hosts from directions on how to get there, suggestions on sight seeing, shops, laundromat, etc.
We were also lucky to be able to check in a bit earlier - thank you.

Cons:

The studio apartment was a bit small - just enough for 2 pax.

Pros:

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ist trotzdem ruhig. Durch die große Fensterfront ist die Wohnung lichtdurchflutet. Das war im März sehr schön, da es auch einige graue Tage gab.

Pros:

El barrio de Plaka ,donde esta el apartahotel, es la mejor de la ciudad , tranquila y cerca de todos los lugares maravillosos de Atenas , Acropolis, Monastiraki etc...
La comunicacion fue excelente y el check- in facil , comodo y rapido.
Lo recomiendo totalmente y si vuelvo a la ciudad repetire .

The location of this apartment is excellent for anything you could want to see in Athens!!
Pros:

Location is great!! We ended up only staying one night, but it was very easy to get around from here. Great place if you’re traveling with a family or need more than one bed.

Cons:

Everything was very good. We didn’t have any face-to-face interaction with our hosts, but they were very responsive if we needed them and the instructions for entering the apartment were very clear. We had no issues with arrival.

Lovely suite, execllent facilities, great location

Lovely property. We were upgraded to the suite when I mentioned it was my birthday which was a lovely gesture. Suite was very spacious, great facilities, modern design, powerful shower. Very clean and central location. Some lovely extra touches too like Greek yoghurts, bottled water and sparkling wine in the fridge. Host was very helpful and always available to answer any questions. Amazing value for the price point. Researched a lot of places and chose this as it had the best reviews.

Cons:

Only negative was the loud church bells in the area that rang from the very early hours of the morning and sometimes on the hour during the night which woke us up. Having said that I think at least one of the days was a religious celebration day so possibly not the usual experience. The property itself was lovely and central location great for exploring Plaka and walking distance from Psyri so this was the only downside
