Πολύ όμορφο ξενοδοχείο, με εντυπωσιακό κτήριο δίπλα στη θάλασσα και υπέροχη θέα. Ο χώρος στάθμευσης είναι άνετος και οργανωμένος, ενώ υπάρχει και φορτιστής για ηλεκτρικό.Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο, πρόθυμο να εξυπηρετήσει σε κάθε ανάγκη, πάντα με χαμόγελο. Sehr entspannter Urlaub mit unglaublich nettem Personal
Pros:

Unglaublich nettes Personal, was sich um einen gekümmert hat! Selbst als die Klimaanlage ausgefallen ist, wurden wir direkt durch das Hotel informiert und es wurde alles getan, um das schnellstmöglich zu beheben.
Das Frühstück war vielfältig und sehr lecker.
Die Lage am Strand war perfekt. In 15 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Rethymnon, wo es tolle Restaurants gibt und insbesondere abends eine schöne Stimmung herrscht.

Cons:

Leider fällt die Qualität des Essens im hoteleigenen Restaurant zum Niveau des Hotels ab. Schade, denn die Aussicht dort oben ist toll!

Good place for families with kids.
Pros:

The breakfast was great serving a full variety from smoked fish to oatmeal. The staff is nice, keeping the cups full and the table clean; hotel staff is helpful and nice as well. Great housekeeping, they change the sheets daily.

Cons:

This is not a five star hotel, but 3. The towels are used a little too many times, the pools are not heated, the view from the room is not pretty, the private pools are not private. During our stay of 6 nights, the hot water was off twice for hours. The decor is minimal.

Es gab ein Upgrade auf Poolsuite. Ein Superior-Zimmer nicht so schön-Schlimme Lage der Zimmer
Zimmer war schön.Auf 3 Ebenen??

Cons:

Garage zu klein und eng! Schwer zu parken! Zwischen Strand und Hotel ist ein Pool von Anderen Hotels! Ganz schlimm! Sauna kostet extra.Vom Restaurant schaut man auf diesen komischen Pool?? Zum Strand läuft man da durch!

Amazing boutique hotel at the beach. The location is perfect-quiet but still close to the town (Retimno), restaurants and shops.
The staff is always helpful and very friendly.
I highly recommend, especially for people who want to relax in a peaceful surroundings.
