Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in ruhiger erhöhter Lage über dem See. Vom Zentrum Veldens sehr gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich samt frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen.

Cons:

Die Rezeption ist ab 16 Uhr nicht besetzt und zwei Gästekarten waren nicht ordnungsgemäß aktiviert. Somit gab es Probleme um ins Strandbad zu kommen.

Dopo aver prenotato la camera mi e stato chiesto di annullare la prenotazione..per problemi tecnici poco credibili...anche perche' ho avuto lo stesso problema in un altro albergo nella stessa zona...in questo ho prenotato all'ultimo momento nell 'altro con largo anticipo( piu o meno un mese!!!!) ...poca serieta in entrambi i casi...sicuramente nn li prendero mai piu in considerazione!!!!

Egyébként kellemes, nyáron biztos tökéletes szállást nyújt

Rálátás a tóra, közeli a központ megközelítése, finom és választékos a reggeli

Cons:

Télen mentünk, a fűtés nem volt elegendő, 20 fok volt és hangos volt a klíma.
A fürdőben pláne kevés volt a fűtés, nem volt lehetőség törölköző szárításra.
Egy két ágyas szobát kértünk, de francia ágyat kaptunk. Nem mindenki párban utazik!

Un buon albergo con alcuni aspetti da migliorare.
Pros:

Ottima la prima colazione. Buona la posizione, il parcheggio e la vista sul lago. Direzione dell'albergo molto disponibile e cordiale.

Cons:

Il ricevimento non è presidiato per cui all'arrivo trovi quanto necessario per entrare nelle camere e le istruzioni generali, il tutto raccolto in una busta intestata al cliente, ma se si verificano inconvenienti devi chiamare un numero telefonico ed attendere l'arrivo di qualcuno che ti assista. Nel mio caso la porta magnetica di una camera del mio piccolo gruppo non funzionava ed inoltre una delle camere prenotate per 3 ospiti non aveva il terzo letto preparato. Non è stata la migliore accoglienza. Inoltre nel corso del soggiorno una volta una camera dei miei compagni di viaggio non è stata rigovernata e questo non rappresenta certo un servizio sempre adeguato.
