Hotel reception staff were excellent, very polite and friendly

Overall it was ok but I will not go back. Room was too small and had only 2 table and there was no microwave in the room
Pros:

Location close the beach and Price was great.

Cons:

There was no staff available lot of time. The elevator was very old and took too long.

I was very displeased for the price I paid
Pros:

I was very dissatisfied the room wasn’t clean and they didn’t come clean finally I ask could I at least get clean towels the maids were rude when I asked would the clean and the guy at the front desk was rude as well I won’t be staying there again

Buena estadia.
Pros:

Pros:

Staff was very nice

Cons:

Very noisy rooms. Also booking.com charged us $270 for our night. Same night showed on the website later for $167. We got ripped off.

Excellent value for money hotel in Miami
Pros:

Perfect location, great staff, early check in, room was spacious with welcoming message on the screen which was nice! Julian went above and beyond to make all guests feel welcome! Thank you!

Pros:

We got there from the airport at 10 and I was so sick and had vomiting for 6 hours. They were able to get us in a room at 12 and I appreciated it so much!!! The hotel was beautiful and perfect location!! Had a pool view room, and was across the street from the ocean. We unfortunately didn’t get to leave the room due to my sudden sickness and had to be at the cruise port the next morning. I would love to go back to Miami just to visit this beautiful hotel and see the area. The decor was unlike any other hotel I’d been to before. So beautiful. The self serve bar area looked adorable and everyone was so nice!!! Hopefully we’ll come back soon to actually be able to enjoy it!!!

Cons:

Only one elevator was working. Thankfully our room was right near it on the 4th floor.
