Lo único a mejorar es el desayuno que ofrece el hotel. El mismo contiene cafe, te y jugo pero para comer solamente hay pan con manteca y mermelada. Dado que se paga un adicional para incluir desayuno, el mismo podría ser un poco mas completo.

Geräusche der Haustechnik störend, Kühlschrank "tönt" die ganze Nacht über und lässt sich nicht ausschalten.
Zutaten für Frühstück genau abgezählt, Zusatzkaffee nicht möglich (oder nur gegen Bezahlung).

I would not recommend this property.

We booked a specific apartment, but upon arrival we were placed in a completely different unit without prior agreement. The host described it as an “upgrade”, however this was not the case in reality.

Yes, the apartment was larger, but it was a basement unit of significantly lower quality. It did not match the listing or expectations at all.

The so-called “upgrade” was not proportional to the inconvenience we experienced.

The host also mentioned a “free breakfast”, but in reality this consisted of very basic items (butter, jam, bread, milk, and cereal), which had a very low value and did not compensate for the issues we faced.

The issues we experienced:
- Strong unpleasant smell upon arrival
- Visible dirt and lack of proper cleaning (including a dirty microwave)
- Presence of ants and insects inside the apartment
- Signs of mold and overall poor hygiene
- Very noisy environment, with outside noise clearly audible
- Loud ventilation system that was disruptive, especially during rest time
- Curtains were dirty and insufficient, not properly covering the windows, with no privacy from outside

Overall, the apartment felt poorly maintained, noisy, and not suitable for the price paid.

The host insisted this was an upgrade and was not willing to offer any meaningful compensation, which made the situation even more frustrating.

On a positive note, Booking.com customer service was excellent. Their support team was responsive, professional, and genuinely tried to help at every step. Since the host was not willing to cooperate, Booking.com took responsibility for the situation and handled it on their side, providing compensation and ensuring the issue was addressed.

I truly appreciate the effort of the support team, as they were the only ones actively working towards a fair resolution.

However, the property itself does not meet acceptable standards and should not be presented as it currently is.

De eerste nacht hebben wij beide geen oog dicht gedaan, omdat onze verwarming roodgloeiend bleef terwijl wij hem op uit hadden staan. Dit ook direct gemeld bij hotel en Booking.com echter bij beide zonder resultaat

Zápach z postele. Zřejmě zápach umělé kůže z nového vybavení. Vybaveni kuchyně je lepší před prvním použitím znovu umyt - na pánvích byly mastné fleky.

虽有厨房设备，却没有烧水壶，还好我自己带了。

Geen personeel aanwezig voor vragen. O tbijt was een lachertje... een brood voor drie dagen en bakje boter en jam.
Verder geen waterkoker aanwezig, maar wel theezakjes
