Soggiorno tranquillo, personale gentile Effi e la signora delle pulizie disponibili, ma non da essere qualificata come 4 stelle, abbiamo pagato anche le capsule di nescafè e sul soggiorno prenotato con l'albergo ci è stato chiesto anche le tasse della città che erano già incluse, un 'ora per pagare il conto per discutere su queste tasse.

One of the best choices in Parga! Very close to the beach, very clean, nice and spacious rooms, ideal for couples.

Pros:

This is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are huge, with large, comfortable beds, and the facilities are generally excellent. However, the senior staff are among the most unfriendly I have ever encountered. When we arrived there were several small problems with the rooms - no shampoo, a drainage problem in one of the showers, and the safes required unlocking. The staff initially refused to do anything about any of this, then complained that they were being asked to do it. This theme continued throughout the week. Though there is a bar, the staff were vocal in complaining about anyone asking for a drink, and several guests who had gone out for a pre-breakfast run were complained at for the front desk worker having to unlock the door.
Overall, this is a 5 star hotel, but with 1 star staff (with the exception of the cleaning lady, who was genuinely lovely). I found their attitude so unpleasant I could never recommend this hotel. There were plenty of other nice seeming hotels in the area, and I would advise booking one of those!
