This can be a very nice stay if you don’t have elderly parents with you who have problems in climbing up stairs.
Pros:

The location is excellent and the rooms very nice.

Cons:

There’s no lift to the upper floors and it’s difficult for elderly people to climb up and down stairs to get into the dining area and the rooms.

Le personnel et notamment la personne qui s'occupe de l'accueil, entre autre avec le service des repas, très courtois et sympathique. Serviable et toujours prêt à repondre à vos questions
La nourriture est plutôt bonne.
Un bon rafraîchissement et cet hotel serait parfait

Чудовий готель в стилі старої Англії. Просторий номер, є все необхідне. Розташований в тихому місці, напроти парку. Але зовсім поруч з центром міста та автобусною станцією. Ввічливий персонал, непогані сніданки.

Son emplacement près du centre

Cons:

Les escaliers pour atteindre l'hôtel ensuite les escaliers pour atteindre les chambres.
Le personnel du petit-déjeuner n'est pas professionnel même irrespectueux dans le sens : retirer l'assiette sans demander si on n'a fini, et passer devant le client s'en s'excuser les codes de la politesse.
1er jour buffet au petit-déjeuner 2ème jour petit-déjeuner servi à l'assiette. .

Love the View from the room, the friendly staff and their delicious 🍕 Pizza !
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Panorama Green View Hotel. The rooms were warm and cozy, and the staff were very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. We also enjoyed an excursion to Horton Plains and a visit to the tea factory arranged by them — both were amazing experiences.

We highly recommend this beautiful hotel and their delicious food! 🌸

Pros:

Aardig personeel en een fantastische, centrale locatie! Ontbijt buffet was super.

Cons:

De kamer die wij hadden zat beneden in het complex dus helaas hadden wij geen green view. De kamer had een muffe, schimmel geur. Voor de rest prima maar geen bijzonder verblijf gehad.
