Le personnel est accueillant et arrangeant pour l organisation d excursion le lendemain.
Chambre spacieuse et literie confortable.

Cons:

Hotel un peu loin du centre ville.
Rue non éclairée le soir.

Pros:

I was very grateful of the fact that they stayed awake till late night and helped me check in that late. no other hotel was approving my check in post 10pm. However, they were very kind and let me check in even around 12am. The staff were very well behaved and courteous.

I didn't like anything. The hotel was old soiled, unclean. There were many things broken

The hotel was old and soiled, very unclean. There were many things broken: the glass door to the terrace had the handle broken. The shower screen was broken. The plastic chair in the terrace broke when we sat down. Grenny, messy, muddy. Horrible experience. The building and his fachade was old but quite nice, so please don't let the pictures on the web confuse you. I will never recommend this hotel to anybody

Freundliches Hotel mit geräumigen Zimmern

Angenehmer Aufenthalt! Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Das Hotelpersonal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war lecker und bot eine gute Auswahl. Die Stadt ist zu Fuß schnell erreichbar, allerdings gibt es in der unmittelbaren Umgebung nicht wirklich Restaurants, in die man sich gemütlich hineinsetzen kann.
Da der Ort in den Bergen liegt ist das Klima dort nachts etwas kälter und dadurch ist das gesamte Hotel etwas „ausgekühlt“.

Good location, clean and large rooms with a small balcony and great staff and restaurant
Pros:

Location was about 10-minute easy walk to town, clean room staff were great especial Senthil, hope I spelt it right, and restaurant food was a pleasant surprise. they do have the best pizza's in Nuwara Ellya, and my other half who is a curry expert said it was the best chicken curry she had experienced in Sri Lanka

No fridge in room and no room heater, but plenty of blankest slight hill with a slow rise to the actual property

整个旅馆从外面看很漂亮，距离小镇中心非常近，走路10分钟以内就到了，吃饭和乘车都非常方便。工作人员很热情友善。房间很干净整洁，洗澡有热水，早餐是自助的很丰盛。

Cons:

旅馆内部看着有些陈旧了。房间里没有制热设备，屋子里比较冷。当然被子很厚，睡觉的话是没问题的。

De locatie was vlakbij het busstation! Het was een grote kamer. Douche was niet geweldig. Ontbijt was ok

Cons:

De kamer was erg koud. Ze hadden ons aan de achterkant van het hotel geplaatst voor 3 nachten en wij keken recht (paar meter) op de nieuwbouw! Sochtend hadden we daar ook last van!
