We loved everything about our stay at Panorama Green View Hotel. The hotel was comfortable, clean, welcoming, and everything was well taken care of. The hotel manager was especially amazing, very cooperative, helpful, and friendly throughout our stay. He genuinely made us feel welcome and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. The entire staff was also wonderful, polite, friendly, and always ready to help. Their hospitality truly made our stay memorable. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend Panorama Green View Hotel to anyone visiting the area.
Goede locatie, vriendelijk personeel! Ontbijt was uitgebreid
The accommodations were satisfactory, and the staff demonstrated exceptional friendliness, providing an excellent recommendation for a dinner establishment. The breakfast offered a pleasant experience with a modest buffet selection.
The bedroom lacked heating, which resulted in a somewhat cold night, despite the presence of blankets on the bed.
The reception guy
Hair left from previous guest, stained towel, glasses not cleaned in between guests - still wet when entering room - stank, linen, small heater that needs to be loaned from the hotel next door for 3000 LKR. Large rip in sofa approx. 30 cm hidden under a cushion. The list goes on.. Yep they don’t even own the heater they advertise on booking.com.
Good size room and Sydney was very accommodating.
Rooms are not very sound proof
Prima overnachtingshotel met vriendelijk personeel. Restaurant was redelijk. Verdere voorzieningen ook prima, een goede keuze voor een nacht.
Toegangsweg is slecht en steil, weinig parkeerruimte. Hotel doet een beetje leeg aan, grote ruimtes met weinig inrichting. In de directe omgeving van het hotel is niet veel te doen.

Le personnel était particulièrement attentif et bienveillant, encore plus que dans les autres établissements (ou l’accueil était déjà exceptionnel)
Mooi groot hotel met een fijne kamer. Het ontbijt was erg lekker en uitgebreid, wel iets teveel eten voor ons vieren. Maar daarom mochten we het eten meenemen voor de middag. Aangezien het erg slecht weer was, kregen we een paraplu aangeboden voor tijdens onze wandeling.
Ze bedoelen het misschien wel heel goed, maar het personeel bleef steeds contact leggen om te vragen of we hulp nodig hebben. Super lief bedoeld, maar wij komen zelf wel met vragen als we iets nodig hebben.
The staff were very friendly, Kallum and Sydney were very helpful and kind. The room was on the 4th floor which had 2 queen sized beds and a sofa area. The shower was excellent and nice and warm. Breakfast was served in the dining room and was a multi course meal with toast, pancakes, fruit, eggs, cake and tea and coffee.
The wifi did not reach our room.
