Pros:

Damn, the rooms were huge, and the hotel was located right in the middle of Nuwara Eliya town. That was great. And the water was hot. At some places you have dance with the controls to get a proper hot shower. Not here. And the access road to the hotel was not challenging. And had enough parking. So it was easy to get in and out of the hotel without a hassle. And Kalum and Sydney (they work at the hotel) have been very helpful. All in all, a pleasant stay.
Oh, by the way, if you feel too cold (you might because the rooms ain't heated; I of course had no issue because I like it) apparently they have some portable heaters they would rent (I read about this somewhere). So talk to the hotel and ask for one.

A conveniently located hotel with friendly service
Pros:

The hotel was located very close to the Botanic Gardens and within walking distance to everything else we needed to see. We appreciated the hotel organising our transport to Horton Plains and providing a packed breakfast due to our early start, The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful.

Comfortable and affordable place to stay in Nuwara Eliya
Pros:

Large comfortable room. Excellent hot water shower. Large windows with great garden views and natural light. Good location behind Victoria Park and close to town. Host was very responsive

Cons:

Breakfast was only average. There weren’t many other guests there when we stayed so it felt echoey and quite eerie

Pros:

The room was large with a nice balcony everything was in working order and VERY clean bedspread a little worn but clean it was a quick walk to town and on the edge of the big park

Cons:

If your looking for amenities or upscale this is not it but the price reflects this it's a good budget choice

Pros:

I was very grateful of the fact that they stayed awake till late night and helped me check in that late. no other hotel was approving my check in post 10pm. However, they were very kind and let me check in even around 12am. The staff were very well behaved and courteous.
