Good hotel very close to cool bars

Staff were very friendly and I especially liked the location of the hotel.

excellente situation pour explorer St Petersburg; personnel très aimable et serviable ; chambres très fonctionnels , modernes et d'une propreté exemplaire. petit inconvénient : si vous souhaitez prendre le petit déjeuner , il faut sortir 200m de l hôtel ( nous étions là en plein hiver , donc pas tafé pratique) Vraiment à conseiller!!!

Отличное расположение, нет завтрака в самой гостинице, достаточно холодно в номерах.

Very good location, located centrally on the canal near Nevsky Prospekt. Comfortable, quiet and spacious rooms, fully equipped with bathroom and kitchen amenities. Friendly and welcoming receptionists. Lovely building with old maps and photos in the corridors. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

It was a nice cozy stay. The hotel is located on Fontanka river embankment. The rooms were tidy and a bit too smaller than expected. The service was just about okay. The AC wasn't fully working however we managed to survive as most of the day we were out and at night it did get cooler, though it was still much hotter than we had expected St. Petersburg to be. Wish the hotel was closer to a Metro or even the main Novesky Prospect street, although it was about 7-10 min walk only, we were spoilt by our earlier stay in Moscow where we had the metro bang opposite out hotel. The apartment/ studio rooms had most neceseery things although felt too cramped because of shape and size of room.

Nice conveniently located hotel. It was an overnight stay and check in was hassle free.
Only issue was entrance is difficult to locate.

Location was great; facilities were new and clean.

Very good location. Nice comfortable, clean and well furnished. Nice view and staff. Thought it would be more like a hotel but it’s actually studio apartments with a front desk and room cleaning service. But it was really great and will definitely recommend.

This hotel is located in an historic building, yet the interior is modern and new, and is within walking distance of most attractions.
The ladies on the front desk were VERY helpful and friendly and there to make your stay a pleasant experience

Location is great but it’s definitely not 4 stars hotel. There is couple of rooms located on a first floor 2 meters from reception... You will hear all check in and check out conversations+learn all tour instructions lying on your bed:-) Also it was very cold. We turned on AC +29 but it doesn’t work:-( There is no elevator. They will tell you that there is only 2 floors but same time with us couple of older people (60 -65 years old) with suitcases was checked In and staff even didn’t try to assist them (4 stars hotel!!!). One more specific of this place - even if you book double room (King or Queen bed) don’t forget to mention second person even if booking website shows you same price. If not, they will charge you extra;-)

Great place close to attractions and cheap

Nice location for a visit to St. Petersburg we could walk to the center from here. Staff was friendly and the room was kept clean for our stay
