Agradable pero no 4 estrellas
Pros:

Variedad en instalaciones (gimnasio, zona spa, cafetería, sala de juegos). Bien ubicado, se llega con facilidad y si vas a esquiar hay el Funibús cerca del Hotel al cual puedes llegar andando o con un bus gratuito.

Cons:

El Hotel necesita una reforma, se oía ruido de la plaza (había celebraciones cuando nos alojamos), el spa estaba lleno de niños y no había supervisión alguna. Limpieza un poco justa, encontramos pelo en la habitación.

Confortable estancia en el hotel Guillem
Pros:

Que tiene camas cómodas y muchos servicios que te hacen la estancia muy agradable. Por ejemplo el spa, después de esquiar nos venía muy bien disfrutar del jacuzzi , sauna , baño turco , etc .
Y además tienen un salón enorme para reunirse y poder jugar a diferentes juegos.
También había gimnasio , y mesa de Ping Pong, billar y futbolín..
Nuestro hijos se divirtieron mucho
Y el desayuno era bastante bueno. Muy completo

Cons:

Las habitaciones y los baños son un poco anticuados, pero los mantienen limpios y en buen estado

Great stay, recommend
Pros:

Great location, helpful personal, good breakfast. We and especially kids adored spa zone, which was open throughout the day. Great cost and service balance.
Easily accessibility to ski bus, La Vella, ski lifts, bars and restaurants in the city within walking distance.

Cons:

Dust could have been cleaned better (in the bathroom shelves, under the beds)

Pequeno almoço bom.
Funcionários muito simpáticos e muito prestáveis. Localização top com autocarro a 50 m do Hotel.

Cons:

No SPA: Não estava a funcionar a Sauna e os jacuzi tinha agua morna. O corredor que liga o Hotel ao SPA devia ser aquecido.

¡Nos encanta este hotel!
Pros:

Está ubicado en Encamp, a solo unos 10 minutos caminando del teleférico de esquí, lo cual es súper práctico. El pueblo es tranquilo, agradable y tiene muy buenos restaurantes, perfecto para disfrutar después de un día en la montaña.

Ya nos hemos alojado aquí varias veces y siempre volvemos con gusto. El personal es muy amable y atento, y la limpieza de las habitaciones es excelente. Se nota el cuidado y la dedicación.

La piscina y el sauna quizá son un poco antiguos, pero están muy bien mantenidos y son perfectos para relajarse después de un día de esquí. ¡Se agradece muchísimo ese momento de descanso!

La relación calidad-precio es realmente muy buena. Por lo que se paga, el servicio y las instalaciones superan las expectativas.

El hotel dispone de parking propio, aunque es algo estrecho. Nosotros utilizamos el parking público que está justo al lado y fue muy cómodo. Si tienes un coche pequeño, el parking del hotel funciona perfectamente.

Sin duda, volveremos

Well located, but in need of a serious refresh
Pros:

Overall, our stay at Hotel Guillem was ok. The location is definitely one of its strongest points, right in the centre of Encamp, in a pleasant area with everything close at hand. The staff were consistently kind and helpful, which we appreciated. The beds were comfortable and allowed us to rest well after long days out. A small but welcome detail was the presence of a bidet in the bathroom, not always a given, and certainly a plus.

Cons:

The hotel is very much in need of renovation. The room was on the small side and only had one chair, which wasn’t very practical. Everything felt rather dated, and we had a few maintenance issues: the sink was clogged on arrival, the flush knob came off and had to be fixed in order to use the toilet properly, and the shower head wouldn’t stay in place so we had to hold it. The Wi-Fi is also extremely unreliable, it only really works off-peak, and when most guests are online it becomes unusable. Breakfast and parking both felt overpriced, especially considering that street parking nearby is more reasonable (and the hotel car park was full when we arrived). The ski lockers were particularly disappointing, cold, cramped and inconvenient, with no proper space to sit and put boots on. Finally, the bus to Funicamp is often full and doesn’t always stop to pick up more passengers, and the walk up is very steep.
