Petit hotel paisible avec du charme à 2 pas du centre
Pros:

L’emplacement, l’atmosphère, la petite piscine, le calme. Petit déjeuner servi dans le jardin, personnel attentionné. Une belle et charmante adresse à 2 pas du centre.

Pros:

Small hotel which limits features but staff was very accommodating. Any time a request was made they took care of it. Just across the street from the old town. This meant it was a quieter room. Staff was able to schedule a taxi to take us to our next destination in the mountains outside Chiang Mai. They did that at the proper price. So they were making sure guests were not being taking advantage of.

Cons:

Nothing. For the cost the accommodations were fine.

Tolles Hotel, in top Lage! Sehr ruhig. Schöner kleiner Garten.
Pros:

Super ruhige Lage in einer kleinen Seitenstraße.
Das Zimmer hatte eine kleine Veranda, die zum Verweilen einlud.
Sehr bequemes Bett!
Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, hat unkompliziert einen Fahrer für eine Tour zu einem Tempel außerhalb der Stadt organisiert.
Der Garten, in dem das Frühstück serviert wird, ist eine kleine Oase!
Ich konnte bereits 2 Stunden vor dem eigentlich vorgesehenen Check-In ins Zimmer. Toller Service.
Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Bin gerne noch eine Nacht länger geblieben!

Great little boutique hotel in a lovely location
Pros:

The staff was efficient and curteous. My room was large and spotlessly clean with in room coffee and tea. Breakfast was good and it was a joy be able to take this in the garden. The hotel is ideally situated for visiting Chiang Mia old town and pick-up for the Elephant Nature Park.

Cons:

The AC in the room was not very efficient making sleep difficult.

Amazing stay, great service, beautiful location and wonderful staff. 10/10 would definitely come back.
Pros:

Everything was amazing. The breakfast was excellent with many good options, the room was very comfortable and clean, and the pool area was beautiful and relaxing. The location is perfect and the people working there were super friendly, welcoming and always available to help. The service was really great.

Cons:

Honestly nothing, everything was perfect for our stay.

Very charming
Pros:

Very charming place. Very nice balcony and balcony view. Central location.

Cons:

Minor point : breakfast outside, in front of the hotel. Spacious but not very well insulated rooms. Somewhat too high room density and too many clients around the swimming pool - a quite common but not universal issue in city centers.

Ticks all the boxes
Pros:

We only stayed one night but we would stay here again without hesitation. The rooms were spacious and the beds big and comfortable. They also provide you with slippers which is nice and we were able to do laundry on the fourth floor free of charge. The room has everything you need and staff were so lovely and helpful. Breakfast was substantial and you can choose between so many options, there's something there for everyone's tastes. Pool was also nice and clean and the location is just outside the main walls of Chiang Mai, so it was quiet but not far from everything. We walked to most places easily and found somewhere to eat easily as there are so many options nearby. We were able to leave our luggage with them all day as our trains wasn't in the evening and there's even a shower to freshen up. The cute cuddly cat was a bonus.
