Pros:

The view was stunning - the hotel itself is perfectly positioned to really make the most of it. It has very modern facilities and its nicely decorated. It has good breakfast options and the reception staff were very helpful. This was also one of the only hotels we stayed in that had a fan in the room which was refreshing!

Cons:

Some of the restaurant staff were not very friendly with some of them were obviously talking about us and were very slow to serve, sometimes having to ask multiple times for something and struggling to get their attention. This made me feel very uncomfortable. The pillows were not great either.

Hotel je skvělý, personál vstřícný a ochotný, jídlo skvělé, wellness, fitness i bazény úžasné! :)
Pros:

Snídaně byla výborná, velmi pestrá a rozmanitá, dalo se vybírat z ohromného množství dobrot slaných i sladkých, nápoje byly též super, i šampaňské, perfektní, skvělé! :)

Cons:

Uvítala bych pokoj s okny, která se dají otevírat, potřebuji stále čistý vzduch.

Bardzo czysto, strefa spa wyjątkowa - saunarium + basen na dachu są świetnie, przepiękne widoki, bogate śniadanie. Siłownia także wystarczajaco dobrze wyposażona

Cons:

brak wody w pokoju do pica (nie było nawet jednej butelki wody). Nie podobało mi się, że został nam przydzielony pokój w drugim budynku - padał deszcz, dostęp do wszytkich siłowni, strefy spa, trzeba przejść 150 metrów. Jak ładna pogoda to spoko, ale nam akurat lało.
Nie było przygotowane łóżko dla dziecka, pomimo, że zaznaczyłem, że podróżuję z rodziną

המלון במיקום יפה ממש, נוף מדהים של הדנובה. חדרים גדולים ומרווחים, שירות מצויין, הבריכה על הגג מושלמת. מקום למי שרוצה לנוח כמה ימים במקום רגוע

קיבלנו חדר בלי מזגן , קיבלנו שני מאווררים ועדיין היה די חם. התאכזבנו מאוד מארוחת הערב של המלון, מנה עיקרית קטנה מאוד ואפילו מביישת את המלון בכמות שלה.

Die Lage war wunderbar, das Frühstück auch

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen, aber für den Preis fehlte es an Stil.
Der Wellnessbereich war (mein Empfinden) zu vollgepackt mit allem, das Abendessen war ok, das Personal professionell freundlich, aber ohne jeden Charme. Das Zimmer langweilig und das Bad schlecht beleuchtet.
Vllt lag das alles an mir, aber für den Preis war es etwas zu wenig.

Insgesamt hinterließ der Hotelaufenthalt einen zwiespältigen Eindruck.

Beim Einchecken wurde uns ein Zimmer mit einer defekten Klimaanlage zugewiesen. Nachdem wir uns an die Rezeption gewandt hatten, wurde uns angeboten, in ein anderes Zimmer umzuziehen. Wir schätzen die Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals, doch der Umzug selbst war mit erheblichen Unannehmlichkeiten verbunden: Wir mussten unsere Sachen komplett auspacken, um sie anschließend wieder einzupacken und umzuziehen.

Eine weitere Enttäuschung war, dass sich das neue Zimmer trotz der Ankündigung eines Zimmer-Upgrades praktisch nicht von dem ursprünglichen unterschied. Zudem war es am ersten Tag nach dem Umzug im Zimmer sehr heiß, und eine angenehme Temperatur stellte sich erst gegen Morgen ein.

Wir verstehen, dass technische Störungen in jedem Hotel auftreten können. In dieser Situation hat uns jedoch das Fehlen jeglicher Entschädigung oder Ermäßigung für die entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten, den Zeitverlust und die Beeinträchtigung des Komforts während unseres Aufenthalts überrascht.

Das Personal war höflich und bemühte sich, das aufgetretene Problem zu lösen, doch die allgemeine Herangehensweise an die Lösung der Situation entsprach nicht den Erwartungen, die man an das Serviceniveau des Hotels hat. Leider hat diese Erfahrung den Gesamteindruck unseres Aufenthalts negativ beeinflusst.
