"Drei Sterne" ist nur drei Sterne

Architektur des Gebäude, die Lage am Rand der Stadt

Cons:

Das Frühstück war mehr als bescheiden und eintönig Der Kaffee aus recht modernen Kaffeemaschinen schmeckte kaum nach Kaffee. Unser Zimmer war ziemlich klein und voll mit altmodischen Möbel überbelastet, das den Zugang zum Balkon erschwert.

Sehr gutes Hotel in ruhiger Lage mit Potential
Pros:

Ruhige Lage, gute Parkplatzmöglichkeit, zuvorkommendes Personal (auch Sonderwünsche wurden erfüllt), sehr schöner Pool-und Saunabereich, gute Zimmerausstattung. Die personalisierte Tischreservierung (Namensschild auf dem Tisch) war sehr gut, dadurch hatte man immer einen eingedeckten Tisch an der gleichen Stelle.

Cons:

Frühstückszeit war bis 10:00 Uhr angegeben, teilweise wurde mit dem Abräumen schon vor 9:30 begonnen. Der Orangensaft aus der "Chemiemischanlage" sollte dringend gegen echten Orangensaft ausgetauscht werden.

Pros:

Die Architektur des Hauses. Die Lage und die wohlige Wärme überall. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig. Die Zimmer waren auch in Ordnung.

Cons:

Das Schwimmbad ist in Wirklichkeit kleiner als auf den Bildern. Die Sauna ist ebenfalls sehr klein. Die Liegen reichen nicht aus. Wir waren aber auch kurz nach dem Jahreswechsel da und es war alles ausgebucht und sehr voll. Zudem haben wir deutlich mehr bezahlt als zu anderen Zeiten.

Pomer ceny a poskytnutých služieb je dobrý.
Pros:

Ubytovanie bolo na dobrej úrovni, izba bola dostatočne veľká, kúpeľňa bola výborná. Čistota bez problémov. Bazén bol dostatočne veľký. Raňajky boli celkom dobré, akurát bol malý výber zeleniny a ovocia. Personál bol ústretový, hlavne pri check-ine recepčná Oxana podala všetky potrebné informácie a zodpovedala všetky naše otázky. Samotné Mariánske Lázně ako kúpele sú nádherné, jednotlivé hotely sú v krásnych historických budovách, nádherné parky, spievajúca fontána, kolonáda atď. Môžem odporučiť reštaurácie v ML a to hlavne "U OPATA" päťdesiat metrov od hotela s vynikajúcou českou kuchyňou, perfektnou obsluhou a pekným prostredím a tiež výborné ázijské reštaurácie "SUSHI BAR SHIKI" s vynikajúcim sushi , milou obsluhou a krásnou reštauráciou vedľa hotelu Olympia a "SOMI SUSHI", ktorá je na hlavnej triede.

Cons:

Ako som spomínal chýbala viac druhov zeleniny (boli len nakrájané uhorky a paradajky) a viac druhov ovocia (nakrájané jablká a nejaký kompót). Jedlo bolo chutné a dostatok. Nepáčilo sa mi, že na izbách nie sú varné kanvice, kde by si človek uvaril ráno kávu alebo čaj. Na požiadanie sme dostali na recepcii celú súpravu (kanvica, poháriky, k tomu kávu, čaj a cukor a denne nám ich dopĺňali) ale museli sme za ich používanie zaplatiť, čo si myslím, že pri cene 946 euro na päť nocí by malo byť v cene izby.

Pros:

Breakfast was good and the "egg" person was amazing with different options each day including scrambled, fried, mini-omelettes, waffles, pancakes, etc. The hotel, spa, and rooms were modern (all refurbished in 2019). Our basic room had dual aspect balconies and was very roomy.

Cons:

Mariánské Lázně still attracts Germans and Russians and those are the main languages spoken by the staff (with Czech obviously). English speaking guests will get a long way knowing a little bit of Czech :-)

Excellent relaxation and well-being area
Pros:

The hotel is superbly located, just a few meters from the Kolonada and it's right next to the access points for the trails. The staff is friendly, even though they didn't speak English (the standard languages being German and Czech in most establishments in the city), they attended to us warmly, trying to find ways to make us understand and help. The pool area is exactly as shown in the pictures, renovated and very clean. If you're going because of it, it's worth it! Bonus point: it's pet-friendly.

Cons:

The rooms lack items in the minibar for consumption; at the very least, they should offer bottles of water, but there are none. Purchases are possible at the reception but only until 10 pm. We tried to buy water on 16/12 at exactly 10:07 pm, the extremely rude staff member said it wasn't possible. We understand the bar closes at 10 pm, but not being able to buy water seems a bit too much. As there are no nearby markets and no provision in the room, at the very least, purchasing should be possible at any time. (P.S.: On the two previous days, two different employees sold us water even after this time; small things differentiate a good and bad staff 😉)
