The hotel was very well constructed and nice looking overall.

Cons:

Staff was horrible, with the exception of the little older cleaning lady who cleaned our room daily. She was the only staff member who greeted you with a smile, was kind, and always said "HI." The rest of the entire staff are completely mute unless you ask them a question of which they would never have an answer. No one helps you with luggage or any real needs unless you beg. I wouldn't stay here again even if it was free. I've stayed at many hotels around the world, and this one by far was the worst customer service. Don't let the nice facility fool you.

It was OK. The building would have been great when it first opened but it now looks tired.
Pros:

Coffee was nice.

Cons:

Rooms - first room had bad smell. Second room had mosquitos but was larger. Smell of smoking inside and outside of the room. No room service for food or drink. Wifi did not work. Very poor.

Breakfast - No real variety. Not international cuisine. The same every day. No fresh juice. Fruit would run out. No real protein.
