4 jours de détente et de plaisir
Pros:

L’accueil, le service et la gentillesse incroyable du personnel et de la direction. Suite à un décalage de notre bateau nous avons dû attendre jusqu’à 3h du matin. La direction nous a organisé un lieu pour dormir et nous a organisé un transport en taxi. Du jamais vu!

Pros:

Ottima posizione, leggermente defilata dal centro ( raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti), ma vicino a mare e utilità ( market, ristoranti, panetterie), in zona tranquilla, silenziosa, piacevolmente ventilata.
Il vero gioiello dell’hotel è il personale, gentile, discreto, elegante, sempre sorridente e cordiale; avevamo avuto un piccolo imprevisto con la nostra stanza risolta con velocità ed eleganza. Un affettuosa nota di merito alla giovane ragazza del bar, elegante nei modi e di una gentilezza infinita. Solo bravi. Consigliatissimo!

Abbiamo alloggiato al Nereides hotel di karpathos per 8 giorni ;l’hotel è vicino al centro, la colazione è a buffet abbastanza ricca e variegata e la camera abbastanza spaziosa. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia purtroppo è molto deludente, i tovagliolini di carta del bagno lasciati bagnati e sempre gli stessi per 8 giorni, asciugamani cambiati sporadicamente, il pavimento sempre oleoso e con sabbia… sicuramente la catalogazione della Grecia del 4 stelle non corrisponde ai 4 stelle in Italia.
Segnalo inoltre che durante il nostro soggiorno è accaduta una cosa veramente grave: un mattino ho lasciato la mia collanina d’oro in bagno accanto al lavandino; io e i miei compagni di stanza siamo usciti per due ore circa e al nostro ritorno la camera era stata rifatta, ma la collanina non c’era più.
Non appena ci siamo resi conto dell’accaduto, abbiamo informato la direttrice, anche del fatto che la camera non presentava segni di effrazione; dopo un rapido confronto di quest’ultima con la cameriera che poco prima aveva rifatto la camera, non è emerso nulla.
Ci siamo subito recati alla polizia greca dove abbiamo sporto denuncia.
Da quel momento tutto lo staff dell’hotel è diventato molto unfriendly, soprattutto la proprietaria. Ci salutavano controvoglia, ma soprattutto quello che ci ha amareggiato di più è stato il comportamento della proprietà verso questo grave accaduto, nessuna parola di conforto o collaborazione oltre all’ingresso in camera per verificare la situazione.
Al check out la proprietaria non ci ha rivolto la parola se non per chiederci 4 euro di una spremuta d’arancia presa a colazione, poi uno scarno saluto.
Di sicuro non raccomandiamo questo hotel a nessuno

A wonderful, comfortable and welcoming stay in Karpathos that I would absolutely recommend.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean, comfortable and well organized, with a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere that made the whole stay feel easy and relaxing. The room had everything I needed, the pool area was lovely, breakfast was very nice, and the location was very convenient, close to Pigadia, restaurants and the beach.

What truly made the experience stand out was the people of the hotel. Everyone was genuinely kind, helpful and welcoming, and they made the stay feel personal and very enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would absolutely recommend Nereides Hotel to anyone visiting Karpathos.

A stay that cannot disappoint you
Pros:

Perfect location. Absolutely friendly staff. Spacious and clean both the rooms and the swimming pool. A lot of services to make your stay really comfortable. Breakfast that included tastes for everyone and many home made products. All the experience was of a very high value. Thank you for everything
