Frühstück und Abendessen waren hervorragend. Weinauswahl sehr gut. Freundliches sehr bemühtes Personal! Lage am Talschluss am Wander- und Rodelweg einfach sehr idyllisch. Anbindung mit Schibus sehr gut.
Die vom Hotel gewährten 10 % Discount wurden mir von booking noch nicht weitergegeben. Ich erwarte daher eine Rückbuchung auf meine Kreditkarte!!!!
A személyzet kedvessége, segítőkészsége, a vacsora változatossága és osztályon felüli minősége, izletessége. A szálloda családias jellege, melegsége. Hihetetlen volt az egész, sheol nem találkoztam még ilyen odafigyeléssel!!!!

Náš pobyt byl úplně v pořádku. Úžasní majitelé, personál, jídlo, všude čisto. Poloha hotelu dokonalá - mimo přelidněný Saalbach, skibus zastávka přímo před hotelem a jen pár minut jízdy k první lanovce. Určitě jsme zde nebyli naposledy.
Možná přistýlka na našem pokoji mohla být pohodlnější - hodně tvrdá matrace.

Das Essen war erstklassig, alles sauber und die Lage wunderschön. Bus Verbindung direkt am Hotel und auch die Talschluss-Zug Haltestelle ist gleich vor Ort.

Wifi was weak
The hotel was very clean, beds very comfortable and the food was exceptional. The only hotel where we found very soft and comfortable pillows. We traveled with our kids and everyone felt exceptional. In fact, it was like we were at home!
Big thanks to the owners! Very special people! Congratulations for what you have done at this property (your special home where you put all your soul in the best interest of your guests).
We will definitely come back! People need to meet at least twice in their life! And next time, we'll speak German! ;-)
It was a very unpleasant smell in the kids room. Probably, the toilet in that room needs maintenance. Luckily, children didn't complain too much about that aspect! It was the single problem we had!
The hotel is situated a few kilometers past Hinterglemm which can seem to be a downside but we enjoyed the countryside location. It has a bus stop just outside and the walking distance to great hiking routes is short.
The room was large with a bed area, sitting space and a wide balcony. Toilet is separate from bathroom which is nice but it doesn’t have a sink to wash hands.
Very nice sauna and relax area in the basement open daily between 15-19. Nice clean outdoor pool, pool towels were available in the room.
Good room for storing our bikes in the basement (ski room).
Half board is worth buying as it is very varied, each morning you get to select the evening main course out of three or four alternatives. The starter and dessert is set. Additionally you get salad and soup from the buffet table. The bar is well stocked and you can get your cocktail or drink of choice in the evening.
Breakfast is from 07.30 to 10.00 and contains everything you need.
The owner family and staff were very attentive and nice. We might have been the only English speaking guests at the time but were supplied with English menus and daily program.
Note that this is first and foremost a hotel for families with kids. This did not bother us even though we didn’t bring any kids but good to know that there could be quite a lot of playing going on at the elevator and at breakfast and dinner in the restaurant.
The bathroom has a bathtub (which some might prefer) but if you are only showering it is not ideal. The water pressure in the shower was not very strong and the temperature kept cycling between the selected temperature and alp glacier cold. This was due to the high occupancy according to the staff.
Beds were quite firm so might not suit if you have back issues.
Only downside at the ample and very tasty breakfast were the juices that were very watered down - so not really to be called juices.
