We enjoyed our stay at Sun Nicolas for many reasons. The location of this apartment is great as there are many beaches nearby to choose from, there is also a bus stop just outside the apartment which allows you to access the main Chania town easily. There are also quite a few traditional Greek restaurants nearby which served delicious food!

Jenny was also a great homeowner as we were able to communicate through English without any issues, and she was very caring always offering us help such as borrowing a beach umbrella or providing guidance on how to travel using the buses.

The room we stayed in was spacious with a nice balcony, the beds and cushions were comfortable too which meant we had no issues with sleeping, and our room was very clean. The swimming pool was also kept in good condition along with the sun loungers which means you could spend a day there relaxing and cooling off using the pool.

Overall, both myself and my friend enjoyed our visit to Chania and would pick this apartment again if we were to visit in the future.

This family hotel was the PERFECT choice for me and my adult daughter.
We wanted to relax, and we really did.
Jenny really made us feel welcome and at home. She was so kind to check us in at 2.20 am. As we had a late flight home, we checked out of our room and Jenny lend us a place which a bathroom and shower so we could enjoy our last day by the pool and take a shower before our departure.

The hotel is located on the main road, with shops, cafes and restaurants, and only a few minuts walk to the beach ( although we didn't go, cause we just loved the pool ).

We came right before the summer rush, which was perfect.

The hotel is no luxury, but it has everything we needed.

The room had a balcony overlooking the pool area. There is a small Tea kitchen with a small fridge. The shower is a little small, but in all honesty, I'm not exactly a " small girl "😉. There is aircondition and a very small tv ( no HDMI, only scartstik ) on the wall. There was two beds, that were a little hard on my bidy ( again, probably my weight ), and a lounge couch.

Jenny cleans the rooms everyday with new towels and clean beds. ( Remember to bring your own towels for the pool.

Really, its been a GREAT stay at Sun Nicolas.

Our room was extremely tidy including all of our promised facilities, and the everyday cleaning was always done very well
The host was exceptionally kind and helped us with anything that we asked for, whether it was a borrowed beach umbrella from them or with helping us with taxi reservations or for a different check-in time because of our flight schedule, a very big appreciation note for the host for their professionalism and amability
The location itself is worth it thanks to its closeness to some local beaches, and there are plenty of shops, cafés ans restaurants to pick from, and it is also very easy to get to central Chania from here

L’accueil avec Jenny qui est très serviable et sympathique.
Elle nous a bien renseigné sur les moyens de transport entre la Canée et l’aéroport nous avons rendu la voiture une journée avant notre retour

Great location, with a short walking distance to the two nearby beaches and plenty of restaurants around. Jenny, our host was super helpful and friendly. Clean and spacious rooms. I would definitely recommend this place!
