Nice value for moneyy
Pros:

Jenny the host greeted us with "I want you to feel at home". She kept that promise. She was very supportive during the whole stay. More towels? Later cleaning? Free umbrellas for the beach? Best was the early check in and late check out we got for free. She even asked and offered it by herself.

Perfect accommodation with friendly staff

Great location, with a short walking distance to the two nearby beaches and plenty of restaurants around. Jenny, our host was super helpful and friendly. Clean and spacious rooms. I would definitely recommend this place!

Excellent location, simple and friendly
Pros:

Jenny (who is incredibly friendly) met us near midnight on a Friday for check-in. The place is in a excellent location – near beaches, stores, cafes, restaurants, etc – and quiet (especially if you want to relax in the pool are). It is also very easy to rent a car from places nearby and from there to get to amazing beaches like Balos, Falassarna or Elafonissi.

Cons:

Manque d'équipements de base dans la cuisine (sel, huile, etc) obligeant l'achat pour quelques nuits ce qui est dommage quand la quasi totalité des touristes viennent de loin.
Salle de bain très petite et vétuste
Emplacement au bord d'une grande route extrêmement passante

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at St. Nicolas in Crete! Everyone was so welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. A special mention goes to Jenny, who was absolutely amazing kind, professional, and always going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend St. Nicolas to anyone visiting Crete ,not only for the great location and comfort, but most of all for the incredible people working there. Thank you Jenny and the whole team for such a memorable experience

We had a very good stay at this house. It's not very far from the center, and facilities are easy to access nearby. The apartment was large. Most notably, the staff was absolutely exceptional - very kind, attentive, and helpful.

El trato del personal fue excelente. Muy muy amables y atentas. La verdad que repetiría si volviera por Creta. Fui con un niño de tres años y un bebé de 10 meses y todo fueron facilidades.
