Pros:

Es war super sauber. Das Essen war ebenfalls sehr lecker - Am ersten Abend war das Personal super, hilfsbereit und freundlich, am zweiten eher nicht.

Cons:

Im Zimmer gibt es keinen Wasserkocher mit Tees etc., es steht einem nichts zur Verfügung. Leider ist nach mehrmaligen Anrufen auch kein Zimmerservice ans Telefon gegangen. Die Pflegeprodukte die einem zur Verfügung stehen fallen gering aus, nur Shampoo und Seife. Im Wellnessbereich gibt es einen Wasserhahn mit lauwarmen Wasser und ein paar Äpfel, sonst stehen einem ebenfalls kein kaltes Wasser oder Tees zur Verfügung.

Pros:

Als aller erstes muss ich das sehr freundliche Personal hervorheben. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Trotz eines Buchungsproblems bei Booking.com hat man versucht uns so gut wie möglich zu unterstützen. Hier noch einmal herzlichen Dank. Gutes Frühstück, leckeres Abendessen und alles sauber. Den Pool haben wir nach dem Skifahren sehr genossen, Handtücher und Bademäntel - alles lag bereit. Auch der nach altem Vorbild nachgebaute Speisesaal fanden wir passend für diese Region.

Sehr schönes Hotel in guter Lage

Die Lage war sehr gut, die HP lecker

Die Zimmerkarte ist zerbrochen und dafür wurden 5 Euro berechnet, wie kleinkariert
