Relax, elegance and lovely atmosphere
Pros:

I traveled with my 3 years old son and the hotel was so welcoming and nice with us. The room we choose was spacious and really comfortable bed. A lot of towels and impeccable clean room. Breakfast was various and delicious and the staff very kind and smiley. I booked the garage for 12€ and I found it very practical. The spa was just stunning with different facilities available. The whole hotel has a classical style without being stiff, and I appreciate the details to make everyone feel comfortable. A play corner with many different toys for different ages and some inflatables nearby the pool for safety of the little ones. I really appreciate

Pros:

My husband and I had a good stay at this hotel. We were welcomed on arrival, and the staff spoke English, which was very helpful for us.

The room was nice, clean, and tidy. It was also quiet, with no noise disturbances, and the bed was comfortable. Tea, coffee, sugar, and a kettle were provided in the room.

The hotel has lift access, which was convenient.

The location is very good, with the train station and bus stops within walking distance. There are also restaurants and grocery shops nearby. Hallstatt was very easy to reach by train within a few minutes, which was perfect for our trip.

Breakfast was okay. There were not many options, but overall we had no complaints. It would be nice if they could add more breakfast items such as hash browns, fried mushrooms, pancakes, waffles, sausages, or more English breakfast options.

Overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay, and we were happy with our experience.

Cons:

There were no milk pods at first, but when we asked, the staff kindly gave them to us.

The bed was a double bed, but it had two single mattresses on it. This was not a problem for us, but it is something to keep in mind.

The staff were polite and helpful, although not overly friendly. We were not introduced to the hotel facilities when we arrived, but when we asked at reception, they answered our questions and showed us what we needed.

We asked about laundry facility but we were told that there is no facility.

Ein schöner Aufenthalt mit kurzen Wegen.

Die Lage in Bahnhofsnähe bzw. in der Nähe zum Kurpark und vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten war toll. Das Zimmer war groß, das Bett bequem. Es gab beim Frühstück auch Filterkaffee im Kännchen.

Cons:

Das Gebäck und die Croissants beim Frühstück machten keinen guten Eindruck. Sie wirkten eingefallen und labbrig, dadurch hab ich weder Semmeln, Weckerln noch Croissants probiert. Das Nussbrot war gut.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Hotel in perfekter Lage mit super Frühstück.

Top Hotel in perfekter Lage, riesiges Frühstücksbuffet, toller Spa Bereich

Cons:

Garageneinfahrt sehr eng aber machbar, wir hatten ein wunderschönes Zimmer zur Traun, bei offenen Fenster allerdings sehr lauter Verkehr über die Brücke, bei geschlossenen Fenster war gar nichts zu hören.
