Great location with restruant next store
Pros:

We arrived early and they lrt us check into room. Air conditioner worked good. Breakfast was good.

City centre break for a few days.
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff.
Excellent central location with many restaurants nearby.
Good clean room with antique styling. WiFi was good.
Clean well presented hotel inside with a good breakfast.
Good bathroom and comfortable bed.

Cons:

This is a 3 star hotel, so expect facility standards to match.
Front of the hotel is a bit run down these days.
Restaurants at the front can be noisy at night. Our room was on the front of the hotel.
Air conditioning did not work, but was not really needed.

Kiváló bázis történelmi hangulatban modern felszereltséggel
Pros:

A szálloda elhelyezkedése, 5 perc séta a belváros. Igazi patinás hangulat nagyon harmonikus és letisztult berendezéssel. Az ötödik emeleti tetőterasz szuper a pihenésre. A reggeli bőséges, a recepciós nagyon sokat segített a parkolásban és a tájékozódásban.

Perfekter Aufenthalt, den wir wiederholen werden.
Pros:

Das Hotel sticht mit Freundlichkeit seines Personals hervor. Ob am Empfang (24 Stunden), beim Frühstück oder die Zimmerreinigung. Alle super nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ausreichend eingerichtet. Hat auf jeden Fall Wiener Charme. Und die Dachterrasse ist auch sehr schön. Das Frühstück ist überschaubar, aber sehr lecker und völlig ausreichend. Das Hotel liegt mitten in der City. Nahezu alles Fußläufig erreichbar. Viele kleine Restaurants, Kaffeehäuser und Bar‘s in der Nähe. Und das beste: eigener Parkplatz für tgl. 25€ und man darf auch nach dem Auschecken bis 21:00 Uhr dort stehen bleiben.

Pros:

The location was great! Easy access from the airport and walking distance to many attractions. It was also so easy to walk down to the tram to navigate the city. The staff was helpful and welcoming when we arrived and throughout the stay. The breakfasts had great, filling options and I appreciated the inclusion of allergen information so I could feel safe with my food allergies. I also appreciate the long hours breakfast is served so we could go each day.

Pros:

The hotel's location is perfect, a few minutes' walk from St. Stephen's Cathedral on one side and the river canal promenade on the other. The hotel is beautifully designed, the room is large, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast, though basic, is very good. The hotel staff is wonderful; Aric at the reception was exceptionally helpful, and the entire staff is very kind. Recommended!!

Cons:

It would have been nice to have a mirror in the bedroom and a kettle.
