Sehr charmant
Pros:

Die Lage ist wirklich großartig, das Haus und seine Einrichtung sehr charmant und authentisch, es gibt eine sehr hübsche Dachterrasse, die Rezeption ist 24 Stunden besetzt und das Personal hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Auf einige Details hätte das Personal gleich Am Anfang hinweisen können und nicht erst auf Nachfrage, etwa dass man im sechsten Stock einige Minuten lang das Wasser laufen lassen muss, bis es warm/heiß wird oder dass der Baulärm vorm Haus nur ganz kurz anhalten würde. Man kommt sich schnell etwas "mäkelig" vor, wenn man solche Aspekte selbst ansprechen muss, gerade in dieser Preisklasse. Insgesamt aber war alles top und wir würden wiederkommen.

Toujours un plaisir de revenir à Vienne!
Pros:

Parfaitement situé dans le centre historique de Vienne, proche de toutes les attractions touristiques, des meilleurs restaurants mais dans une petite ruelle au calme. Nous sommes déjà venus dans cet hôtel il y a huit ans et nous avons retrouvé le charme, le confort et l'authenticité que nous avons apprécié la première fois. La propreté est impeccable, les chambres sont lumineuses, la literie confortable, le petit déjeuner était savoureux, très varié et copieux avec des produits faits maison et un excellent café.
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la grande gentillesse de Christian à l'accueil! Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir!

Gerne immer wieder!
Pros:

Sehr zentrale und mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln rasch erreichbare Lage. Das Hotel liegt in einer Seitengasse die sehr ruhig ist. Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade auf eine Suite erhalten. Vielseitiges Frühstücksbuffet. Wer da nichts Passendes findet ist selber schuld. Das Personal ist durchgehend freundlich und überaus hilfsbereit. Dem Receptionist Daniel zusätzlich ein grosses Dankeschön für die guten Tips!
