Great location and modern facilities.
Pros:

Location is excellent. Good restaurants within walking distance. Free use of laundry machine between 4pm to 10pm was a plus!

Apartamento céntrico y muy cómodo
Pros:

Estuvimos una noche y llegamos de madrugada. Al día siguiente nos fuimos muy temprano. No pudimos fijarnos mucho, la verdad. Pero hemos vuelto después y ya nos hemos quedado 5 noches más. Este apartamento tiene 2 habitaciones que nos ha gustado más que la vez anterior. Espaciosas y cómodas. El espacio común también está muy bien. Lo justo y necesario para estar a gusto teniendo en cuenta que estábamos siempre fuera. Hemos utilizado la cocina para desayunar y para tomar alguna cena. Tiene de todo y tienes café, té y azúcar. Lo único que he echado en falta es un trapo de cocina. En ambas ocasiones nos dejaron una botella de vino blanco. Un detalle, gracias. También se puso en contacto con nosotros el personal de limpieza para venir a limpiar, cambiar las toallas y vaciar las papeleras (lo hacen si te quedas más de 3 días) No nos venía bien y nos lo cambió sin problema. Te dejan un albornoz con zapatillas y nos pusieron unas nuevas. Tienes la posibilidad de poner lavadora y secadora, reponer papel higiénico, jabón de manos, bolsas de basura, cápsulas de café, té y azucar. Y la zona es estupenda porque está cerca del Centro (no cogimos el transporte público nunca) y para aparcar el coche de alquiler no es muy complicado.

Η τοποθεσία είναι βολική

Cons:

Αρκετά πράγματα μέσα στο διαμέρισμα θέλαν ανακαίνιση, χρειάστηκε να έρθει κάποιος γιατί δεν λειτουργούσε καλά η θέρμανση, η εξώπορτα ήταν αρκετά βαριά, η επικοινωνία ήταν μόνο μέσω μέιλ (κάτι που μπορεί να είναι δύσκολο για κάποιον μεγαλύτερο) και μόνο στα αγγλικά!!!

To był najlepszy apartament w jakim byłem w Europie!
Pros:

Cały budynek przeznaczony na wynajem. Na dole mini recepcja samoobsługowa z kluczami i bezprzewodową drukarką do użytku dla gości. Czysta klatka schodowa wyłożona marmurem z windą. Czyste przestronne pokoje, wygodne łóżka, w każdym pokoju telewizor (włącznie z salonem). Świetni wyposażona kuchnia, powitalne wino było ukoronowaniem przejawu dbałości o gości.
Mnóstwo miejsca w salonie, nieduży balkon.
W trakcie pobytu (3 noce) wizyta Pani sprzątającej!
Dobra lokalizacja, blisko do Akropolu, łuku Hadriana i wielu innych atrakcji.

Cons:

Słaba wentylacja w łazience, mocno zaparowana.

Pros:

Location was great! Very clean and modern. Very easy check in and access. The street and area around had nice restaurants and was close to all attractions. Koukaki is a super nice area. The staff at the apartment was also very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Shower messed a lot of water due to no shower door, just one glass panel which was very short for the area. So had to place shower-head in a specific way to ensure it does not mess water all over floor. Bathroom was quite small for 3 people to share.

A wonderful hotel in a wonderful neighborhood. We look forward to returning there on our next visit.
Pros:

The best thing about Great Living Koukaki is its location in a wonderful neighborhood with many interesting shops and places to eat. Our room was very comfortable and the well designed and artistic decor gave a sense of sophistication while at the time same providing a warm and inviting atmosphere that made it feel like it was our home in Athens.

Great stay in a fantastic apartment. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Athens.
Pros:

Location was fantastic. Very easy to access. Comfortable beds. Well equipped little kitchen with nespresso machine. Washing machine facilities were handy.

Cons:

Bathroom was a little cramped. Towels could be changed/available more regularly than at the room clean once every 3 days since there was nowhere to dry them. We ended up washing and drying them ourselves using the facilities downstairs as started to smell a bit damp after 2 days as they didn’t fully dry.
