Pros:

Сняла двухместный номер,оплатила онлайн. По приезду в гостиницу администратор сказала что бронь стоит, а оплаты нет. Минут 20 разбирались с этим вопросом, в итоге заселили в одноместный номер, а разницу в деньгах не вернули. Попросила разобраться администратора, но мой вопрос повис а воздухе. Пожалела себя и свои нервы и не стала дальше разбираться в этой ситуации

Hotel lejano. Recomiendo solo para Rusos.
Pros:

Al contratar en el mapa se veía cercano a plaza roja, resultó relativamente lejos aunque no imposible de llegar y regresar de pasear por Moscú. El personal parece bueno pero no habla ni entiende una sola palabra en inglés.
