Comfortable, conveniently located hotel in quieter area.
Pros:

Very comfortable hotel, good buffet breakfast, clean, good helpful staff. Location very convenient, walkable, close to metro, shopping malls and many dining options. Good sized room, comfortable beds, clean. Highly recommend.

Cons:

A bit noisy some nights, as some works been carried out down the road. Otherwise, all good.

Si tu veux un 5 étoiles, ce n'est pas ici

Ils m'ont permis de sortir de la chambre à16 heures .

Cons:

Écoutez, l'hôtel est au 5ème étage de l'hôtel. Ce n'est pas du tout un 5 étoiles, depuis que les hôtels peuvent acheter des étoiles, eh bien, ça donne ça !

À votre arrivée, il n'y aura personne pour prendre vos valises. Pourtant, les employés censés le faire sont bien au rez-de-chaussée, mais ils vous regardent et s'en fichent !
Ensuite, je pense que c'est un hôtel plus fréquenté par des locaux. En tant qu'étranger, on peut vite se sentir très observé.

Faites attention lors du check-in : si vous n'êtes pas vigilant, ils tenteront de vous faire payer la totalité de votre chambre à nouveau (sachant que j'avais payé entièrement avant mon arrivée). Et ils essaient de vous mettre dans une chambre que vous n'avez pas réservée, souvent une standard.

Le restaurant n'en vaut pas la peine, ni pour le petit-déjeuner, ni pour le souper et le dîner !

Les lits sont très durs et la ventilation humidifie la chambre, ce qui donne une odeur de moisissure !

Everything is just amazing I'm not exaggerating. The service from checkin till check out. Free coffee and tea at the lobby. Clean floors and full automated. Really nice and helpfull staff. The toilet is with heated seats!

Greit hotell med svært sentral beliggenhet!
Pros:

Helt OK frokost. Men litt trangt og få plasser i frokostsalen. Og stolene var for lave etter min smak, men sikkert perfekt for kinesere som vil sitte med hodet i tallerkenen. Fin beliggenhet med gode shopping og spisesteder i nærheten.

Cons:

Heiskapasiteteten kunne vært bedre. Kun tre heiser opp til resepsjonen i femte etasje og disse er delt med Holiday Inn så de blir fort fulle. Og inne i selve hotellet er det kun to heiser videre oppover i etasjene.

Very happy with the Hotel would definitely recommend it.
Pros:

Staff were excellent and very helpful and friendly and I made good friends with the little robots running around the Hotel.
Breakfast was great.
Location was great.
If I come back for the Fair in April I will stay here again.
