Excellent boutique hotel with a few minor caveats.
Pros:

This small boutique hotel was very enjoyable to stay at. It’s clean, comfortable, stylish, and very accommodating. The beds are very nice and two different types of comfortable pillows are offered. The price is excellent and a great value. They are pet friendly which was most appreciated. The rooms are quiet offering a good night’s sleep. Breakfasts which are included in the price are prepared for you. They offer two different breakfasts each day that rotate each day that includes eggs, fruit, bread, arepa, granola bowls with fruit. Good coffee and bagged herbal tea is offered throughout the day and night. I would enjoy returning to this hotel.

Cons:

If handicapped Casa.mia is not wheelchair accessible or those that have a hard time climbing stairs. There is no private parking available but the owner kindly let us use their one car garage. The location is less than desirable as there are some transients/homeless in the area although I felt safe walking within the neighborhood. Breakfasts were a little on the small portion side but was enough to last until lunch. We did not find any cafes or restaurants nearby. Driving to areas like El Poblado takes about 1/2 hour fighting heavy traffic.

Excelente servicio
Pros:

Qué la habitación que me asignaron es amplia, con una cama matrimonial cómoda y con un buen servicio de Minibar.

Destaco que ofrecen un buen desayuno y que siempre están atentos ante cualquier inquietud.

Muy bien ubicado, el desayuno delicioso

Cons:

No había agua caliente, se llamó y dijeron q porque la gente de otras habiataciones se estaba bañando no tiene sentido espere hasta las 10 y nunca hubo agua caliente, nos pusieron en la habitación al lado del comedor y a las 6 de la mañana pusieron música a todo volumen gente hablando durísimo nos levantaron a las 6 de la mañana
