Pros:

We have stayed here about 7 times. The staff is very accommodating and the security is tight. Lovely outdoor pool area but it’s not heated. Housekeeping does a great job. Good restaurant, room service and bar. Take the free bikes for a ride around the golf course. Lots of birds including owls can be seen at any time of day.

Todo impecablemente limpio. Las camas dobles resultaron pequeñas para dos adultos. Una contra que me hace no volver es que no incluye desayuno. El playroom bastante bien. El aire acondicionado no estaba encendido y hacía calor. Los comandos de la PlayStation estaban descargados.La piscina muy limpia y la atención de los encargados de ella excelente.En general una buena experiencia.La atención en general de camareras y en el lobby muy bien.

LO QUE NO NOS GUSTO ES QUE EL SEGUDO DIA DE LA ESTADIA SE ALOJARON EN LA HABITACION CONTINGUA A LA NUESTRA, UNOS CHICOS CREEMOS ENTRE 10 Y 12 AÑOS, QUE GRITABAN A LAS 7 DE LA MAÑANA DEL DOMINGO 14/8 Y TAMBIEN LA NOCHE ANTERIOR, INCURRIERON EN LA MISMA PRACTICA. CREO QUE AL ASIGNAR LAS HABITACIONES DEBERIAN TENER EN CUENTA EN LO POSIBLE, ESTE TIPO DE SITUACIONES DE ALOJAR A FAMILIAS CON CHICOS MENORES EN HABITACIONES ALEJADAS DE LAS OTRAS ASIGNADAS A LOS DEMAS PASAJEROS YA SEA SOLOS O CON HIJOS MAYORES A 16 AÑOS. NOSOTROS ESTUVIMOS EN LA HABITACION 343 ENTRE EL VIERNES 12/8 Y EL DOMINGO 14/8 Y EL BULLICIO PROVENIA DE LA HABITACIOMN 345. FUERA DE ESTO, LO DEMAS EXCELENTE.

No muy bien! Rs un hotel 5 estrellas! No se puede usar la pileta en días de pleno sol porque no tiene sombrillas, es decir tienen, pero dicen que no las pueden abrir porque es zona de vientos y se vuelan. Abrieron el hotel hace 4 años y no tuvieron tiempo de resolver ese problema! El desayuno por el precio que cobran debiera ser más completo… si bien es una situación particular, tanto mi esposa y yo contrajimos virus gastrointestinal (descartado covid por hisopado y PCR negativos)…el lugar y el entorno son hermosos pero tienen que resolver éstas cuestiones!

La limpieza bien y la habitación muy cómoda. La comida en el restaurante no fue buena, los platos son caros y el nivel de comida más o menos. Precio / calidad no son para nada compatibles. La gente amable pero muy lentos para todo y no eficientes…falta mucho profesionalismo , vuelvo a repetir , para ser un hotel Hilton y por los valores altos de todo lo que lo implica.
El desayuno es rico. Honestamente , no volvería a ir

El hotel es muy lindo . Tiene muchos espacios verdes, bicicletas para salir a recorrer, habitaciones comodas y buen desayuno.
Lo que no me gusto es que no habia servicio de toallas para la pileta, habia que llevar el toallon de la habitacion, tampoco me gusto que el spa haya que pagarlo aparte, porque ademas no es nada del otro mundo, bastante chiquito. Tiene muchas cosas para mejorar.
