Excellent environnement mais bâtiment vieillot
Pros:

Emplacement très agréable : près de la plage et au milieu de jardins.
Mais maison ancienne avec des désagréments qui vont avec : tu odeurs, sanitaires vieillots, cuisine désagréables.
