Bon rapport qualité prix
Pros:

Très proche de la plage et des commerces essentiels. Bon rapport qualité en hors saison.
Bien pour couple + 1 enfant.

Cons:

Salle de bain mal placée , il faut traverser la chambre fermée ! Une deuxième clefs serait appréciable.

A éviter , sauf pour l'emplacement
Pros:

Bien situé pour visiter la presqu'île de Giens

Cons:

Le logement et la vaisselle sales , sable au sol , cheveux dans la douche , vaisselle juste rincée, bouilloire pleine de dépôt , odeur de moisi dans les communs , chauffage impossible à régler , bref à part l'emplacement, un confort tout a fait relatif et une propreté médiocre . On a dû faire le ménage et la vaisselle en arrivant . La propriétaire m'a pourtant assuré que le logement était propre avant notre arrivée. Donc , mystère.
Les murs sont en carton , on a entendu le voisin hollandais ronfler toutes les nuits ...

Super emplacement à trois pas de la plage et de certaines commodités : alimentation, boulangerie, restaurants.

Pros:

Perfect location, it is just a 2 minutes walk to a nice sandy beach. Very friendly owners, ready to help or recomend what to see or where to eat. The apartment is big, nicely furnished, very convienent for a family. We also liked the terrace, where we had our breakfast every morning. We had a very nice stay.

Few utilities, like soap, would be nice to have.
