Pros:

Buena arquitectura del lugar con acabados minimalistas, lugar ideal para ir con familia o amigos. Los cuartos son grandes y espaciosos incluyendo el baño, dando un muy buen acabado. El desayuno fue fabuloso.

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was rather disappointing. After the room had been cleaned, the supposedly fresh fitted sheet on our bed was visibly dirty. The stain was impossible to overlook. To be fair, when we pointed it out, the staff member was helpful and replaced it promptly. Nevertheless, something like this should not happen, especially after a room has been cleaned.

We also found the staff to be rather unfriendly and unwelcoming. Apart from one employee, hardly anyone spoke English, which made communication unnecessarily difficult. Overall, we felt that there was very little communication and that guests were not made to feel particularly welcome.

Another negative point was the noise level in the hotel. It was especially loud at the beginning of breakfast time, which made it difficult to enjoy a peaceful morning.

Overall, we expected a more welcoming and comfortable experience. The helpfulness of the one staff member was appreciated, but there are several areas where the hotel could significantly improve.
