Lovely hotel, great location, easy self check-in/out!
Pros:

This Hotel is adorable! Lovely rooms, extremely clean and well designed. Great location to check out the lovely town of Seydisfjordur. Self check-in/out was smooth and easy! Very nice place to base your East Fjord adventures.

Cons:

The photos online made this hotel look like it had a restaurant on premiss, which is does not. It is located in their main building. This was not clear. Additionally, I think all of the photos were from a different hotel as nothing about our room matched the photos we saw at booking.

Hotel muy bonito bien ubicado en el pueblo, la habitación era muy cómoda y limpia. Tienen una cocina comunitaria en otro edificio propiedad del hotel a 5 minutos de la habitación, en la web indican donde está, si no es complicado ubicarla.

Pros:

The location is good and the room is also well-decorated.
We come in low season so there are limited option of restaurants available in the area. The hotel provided this info clearly on the table.

Cons:

It's a small hotel and everything is self checked, so we could not meet anyone from the hotel to consult about the road closure (except by email, which was replied with very limited information).

Refurbished old heritage house. Clean and convenient
Pros:

The toilet is spacious. The room is very clean
Check in instructions are clear

Cons:

Short of chairs. We only have one dressing table stool in the room while I see other room have 3-4 chairs. The check in process is clear but the staff is not very responsive. I can understand it’s low season now so there is no one stationed in the reception counter but if guests have issues to solve, there should be solution provided

Pros:

The triple room was a large, comfortable space with a nice view of the harbor and surrounding mountains. Our daughter loved the coziness of the small sleeping nook. We would advise eating the breakfast buffet. Simply delicious. Beautiful slice of Iceland and overall a really great stay.

Cons:

The directions to enter the building were confusing, but we figured it out just fine.
