Sebastian at vallet was top notch! Not only did he hustle to get us our car each time we needed it but he went out of his way multiple times to help us with an injured family member.

Everything was great except for one thing . The young lady was a little rude and loud . When I was checking in the lady at the service desk was speaking to me as if I didn't belong in the Hotel like I couldn't afford it . .She was very judgemental. L

Juneteen weekend was busy. We arrived early in the AM. There was no room but we left the luggage in the valet free of charge. We could have used the pool and bar. We got back to check in at 3pm and it was hectic, Gabriela found us a nice room with view to the pool. She had awesome suggestions for where to go and what to do. The hotel has discounts for tours. This location is super convenient! Please don't miss Martin's, 3 mns walk. Broadway is very close. Tk a hop on & off tour to see everything. Bodega besides Champy's! I recommend this hotel. Beautiful inside, clean and awesome service. Nice breakfast too! The entrance is weird though. Registration lobby is in the 6th fl. It's has beautiful seating everywhere with a nice balcony and more seating.
Great experience & beautiful, clean atmosphere. Everyone was friendly & accommodating. Gabi at the desk was fantastic. Pool bar/restaurant were slammed Saturday, we watched so many guests be rude to Corey & the team while they remained professional & calm. Not their fault it was a busy day & service was slower than anyone wanted. Keep up the great work!
