Pros:

Excellent location! Short walk to the main strip in Nashville but far away enough to be quiet at night. Staff were very accomodating and helpful. Breakfast was great.

Hotel is centrally located close to everything, very clean, great coffee and breakfast. rooftop bar
Pros:

The hotel is located in the central part of downtown and accessible to everything. The staff was friendly, breakfast was great including the coffee, the room was very clean, my only small issue was that the pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. I should’ve called reception and asked for firmer pillows.Thank you and I will stay there again.

Overall a modern and comfortable stay with spacious rooms, a great pool, and a perfect location for exploring the city.
Pros:

1) Spacious & Modern Suites – The rooms were gorgeous, clean, and well-designed, providing plenty of comfort.
2) Great Pool Area – Lots of lounge space, a well-stocked pool bar with a good selection of drinks and food options.
3) Friendly Staff – Everyone was welcoming and pleasant.
4) Prime Location – Easy walking access to downtown attractions and local activities.

Cons:

1) Lack of Natural Light– Our room (332) faced the parking lot, making the space feel a bit dim.
2) Pool Sunlight – The pool loses sunlight after 3 PM (early June) , which might be a downside for those wanting to lounge in the late afternoon.
3) Average Breakfast– The daily rotation of eggs and sausage was repetitive, with limited variety. Fresh fruit and more diverse options would have been expected for the hotel’s standard and price.
3) No Luggage Assistance– We had a lot of luggage and had to retrieve the cart ourselves from valet, load up, and handle everything without any help.

My stay was awesome! Would definitely recommend this hotel!
Pros:

Loved the room! Full kitchen, lights accessible in all rooms, comfortable bed, YouTube and HBO on the tv, when you first walk into the hotel it smells amazing, and staff was informative and very helpful!

Cons:

The breakfast was good buuuuttt it could have been a little bit better. More of a variety each day maybe.

Great location and property but if we had know the hot tub wasn’t working we would have booked elsewhere.

Great time in Nashville!
Pros:

Blaine in valet was great! Wonderful service getting my car every time. They even helped with storing my luggage. The team looked like they work well together and always running to get cars.
