The bed was ridiculously comfy, clean toilet too. Staff were really friendly. Great breakfast too!

Our first time staying here it was extremely clean and comfortable. As we just needed a base as we have family nearby we didnt experience the breakfast or dinner so cannot comment on the food. The staff were friendly and helpful
We opted for a twin bedded room but next time I would probably have a double as they were slightly on the small side
Rooms were clean and pleasant.
Only negatives were the light right outside my window but they had curtains, so not really an issue, and the shower was fiddly.

The room was spotless and the bed very comfy.
Breakfast was available however i had to leave early but was still offered a coffee whilst I waited for my taxi.
No improvements need to be made.
The suite was big, well furnished and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and the food was an absolutely delicious. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.

Noisy people plodding around in upstairs room (I just hate that when they aren’t considerate)
Bit pricey for 1 night and didn’t include breakfast and if you did purchase breakfast (which I did) which cost £9.95 it didn’t include tea or coffee or juice etc which was a bit odd and added an extra £3.50 to the bill - why not make it a straight £10 (or round things up) and include the above which would make it easier for the staff too.
Beautiful gardens lovely hotel staff went that extra mile
Beautiful room but would have liked a mirror at the table to do my makeup. Also a couple of prints on the walls would stop it looking so bare and a little more shower gel
