Great night stay
Pros:

First time staying, would definitely recommend. We arrived for check in quite late at 9pm and Daniella could not have been more helpful and friendly. The room was spotless, comftable and great value. The breakfast was excellent with a great amount of choices and again the value and service was perfect.

All in all as a family of 4 adults and a 12 year old, we enjoyed our stay
Pros:

The hotel is situated in a leafy village only 15 minute walk to the train station. We used it to go into Liverpool.
We stayed Sunday and Monday night and the hotel was very quiet. Only Continental breakfast is served in the week but it was sufficient for our needs, with cereal, yoghurt, fruit, toast and a selection of pastries on offer. The Woodcote is a small, basic hotel but warm, clean, comfortable with very friendly and helpful staff.
The hotel is used a lot locally for private parties and also they put on a lot of entertainment by way of tribute bands.

Cons:

The bar closed at 7.00 on the Sunday and closed on Monday.

At the price paid in my opinion the breakfast should be included
Pros:

The room was larger than expected. It was easily accessible if you are ok with stairs.

Cons:

The floors are rather creaky. The provisions are pretty basic.

Pros:

Lovely comfortable bedrooms, staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful, had dinner and breakfast - both great food and service.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn't like.

Pros:

Super warm & welcoming place. Our family go monthly to Amour Events quiz hosted by Steve and he is a great quizmaster. Brings the laughs, good vibes and great atmosphere. Would highly recommend for a night out.

Comfortable and friendly stay
Pros:

I've stayed here before so did not hesitate to book again. Very convenient location for motorway and station and easy access to North Wales. Very comfortable and spacious room and everywhere spotless. Very quiet so had one of the best night's sleep for ages. Staff are very welcoming. Parking is good and generally feels safe. Will be returning!

Cons:

No real problems. Can't comment on food this time as eating with friends and family.

Excellent value for money, with great staff and location, breakfast limited, I would stay again.
Pros:

Location and parking was great, good size rooms with TV and tea and coffee, staff were so nice and nothing a bother

Cons:

Breakfast limited, would appreciate some protein with the breakfast, the Bar is closed on a Monday, this is due to lack of guests, however, there were guests there on the Monday I stayed, so the bar should have been open.
