Every thing they steal my money some days they charged me 41000 which i can stay four seasons hotel all that cause i gave them my money in advace cash cause i booked for 14 days but i have some circumstance iwent back to oman then they charged me upon there mind they didn’t return the money and they were going to force to take another night charge more than 30000 even i told them I don’t to stay any more in you hotel and iam travelling back to oman the front desk contacted some manager because the duty manager he make that note that i should pay extra night very rude

Menu was varied and of excellent quality. Helpful staff as well.Airy and light dining room .

Cons:

cleaning of room not on regular time and often came late when we back home and resting
Had asked for late night room service pasta for my 9 year old grandson who cannot eat spicy food and specifically mentioned make a pasta fit for kid not spicy and it turned out to be spicy and my grandson had a tummy upset. The staff went at length to apologise and replace but he could eat further after the putting the spicy one in his mouth

A good mid-priced option for central Bangalore. A great team and reasonable facilities

The onward hotel car service was shockingly overpriced compared to local taxi service (hotel price 2800IRS vs 150IRS!)

Good location. Very good breakfast. Beautiful rooms. Confortable beds.

Cons:

The swimming pool is large, but very cold. I guess it's only for summer. Small fitness room, with almost no equipment. Clim is also very cold, especially in the restaurant.

Nice location, good service

Cons:

The toilet is with the glass . Visibility blocked a sticker, even though when we put light inside the wash room we can see shaded. Which is little disturbing .
