Pros:

It was 2nd time I have stayed at Raddison city centre. Its the great customer service from the staffs on arrival till departure. Each individual is so helpful and welcoming. So thank you to entire team! I will surely be back!

Was very poorly managed.

The location was apt

We tried calling the reception, there was no response all the time.
On the day of my check in , I received a call from the receptionist saying they’d make the room ready for early check in but she had also asked if I wanted to upgrade to suite for which I said no. But during the check in they said no rooms available and we have to upgrade to a suite room. The suit room felt like I was surrounded by a washroom. It was so inconvenient given I was staying with my family and there were no locks for the washroom.

Wonderful stay.
Pros:

I had a wonderful experience staying at Radisson and staffs where really professional and friendly. The food was amazing and I must mention about Saniya who helped us in every way possible during our stay. Thank you Radisson.
