Smelly drinking water, mostly some cleaning agent or preservative ( though they replaces water bottles next day after escalating and serious arguments )
Used Lofa in the washroom ( even after escalating, following day lofa wasnt placed. one of the guy was giving gyan about eco friendly and no plastic packaging but their spa lofa were wrapped neatly with a plastic and it was fresh )

The BF is awsome, all the staff members great people, always ready to serve.
One strong recommendation - Please do not give standard room for 3people occupancy, the temporary bed provided is horribly uncomfortable, it is not at all recommended for sleeping. My daughter was sleeping the whole night on the couch provided instead of folding bed.
