Wonderful stay.
Pros:

I had a wonderful experience staying at Radisson and staffs where really professional and friendly. The food was amazing and I must mention about Saniya who helped us in every way possible during our stay. Thank you Radisson.

Below par housekeeping service in the room. The bar exec has to be more courteous.
Pros:

Had to make multiple requests for towels and water across multiple days. Didn’t improve even after leaving a feedback at the reception a day before. Moreover the bar exec has to be more courteous.

I am writing this review to express my deepest gratitude to the incredible housekeeping team at the Radisson Bengaluru.

Losing a valuable item is every traveler’s nightmare, and unfortunately, I realized I had left behind a precious personal belonging in my room only after I had already checked out and left the premises. I was incredibly stressed, but the team at Radisson handled the situation with the utmost professionalism and integrity.

The housekeeping staff managed to retrieve the item immediately. Not only did they find it, but they also went above and beyond to coordinate with me and ensure the item was stored securely and handed back to me safely.

It is rare to find such a high level of honesty and proactive service. It’s one thing for a hotel to have nice rooms, but it’s the integrity of the staff that truly defines a 5-star experience.

Special thanks to the housekeeping department for their efficiency and for giving me peace of mind. If you are looking for a stay in Bangalore where you know you’ll be in safe, honest hands, I cannot recommend this hotel enough.
