Pros:

The room was comfortable, loved the remote-controlled curtains, and had absolutely no issues with the bed. Hotel is located away from the business of MG road but still close enough to get places. The gym was small but well-maintained. It was a perfectly OK stay, had just expected a lot more from the listing.

Cons:

None of these are deal breakers in themselves, but all added up in small ways to feel like this space wasn't as great as the pictures made it out to be – Bathroom felt a bit small compared to the size of the room. The room had way too much signage, flyers etc. spread all over the place. Made it feel a bit overdone and tacky. Breakfast buffet layout was a bit too spread out, instead of keeping food counters to one side of the space for smoother navigation. There were also way too many personnel to the number of guests, also possibly resulting in the chaos feeling.

It would have been fine if the mosquito issue hadn’t happened.
Pros:

Great gym, comfortable and clean room.

Cons:

Mosquitos were absolutely everywhere, including the rooms. They’re actually breading inside the hotel building. Staff don’t have even the most basic knowledge for how to prevent mosquitos from breeding. Staff were standing around swatting Mosquitos with bats, meanwhile the pump motor of the water feature right in front of the main entrance was not running. It’s hardly surprising that they had an infestation considering the enormous trough of stagnant water sitting right in front of the main doors.

Staff are absolutely deluded. As multiple guests complained, they tried to fool everyone into believing the infestation is beyond their control due to the nearby lake! Total rubbish! The lake is completely dried up and too far away. The Conrad Hotel across the street has absolutely no mosquitos inside the building. Radisson must get a grip of this. A regime to manage mosquitos requires knowledge and understanding to be held by all staff. Calling pest control to carry out fogging doesn’t work when the drains of the hotel have mosquito larvae breeding inside and there’s stagnant water everywhere.

Pros:

The small and tiny lady in the restaurant, we forgot her name, was so kind, attentive, warmly that makes you feel at home.
The sustainable and ecological policies under GRT group are a great example as an eco hotel.
Congratulations.

Cons:

Lunch buffet, but of course we understand the war and the LPG restrictions.
