Short stay in Bangalore near Ulsoor Lake.
Pros:

This was my second stay at this hotel. It has a distinctly minimalist vibe to it which is not a bad thing. All the facilities are there. Staff are very obliging and pleasant. The room was a good size, clean and tidy. Despite the restaurant giving the appearance of being minimalistic, food was of a good variety and quality. The restaurant staff were very helpful in particular. A good base if you intend to conduct business or sight-see in Bangalore.

Cons:

Decor was looking "tired" and in need of a refresh. The reception area didn't give the impression of being very welcoming again probably due to the minimalistic feel of the place.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, riesige Auswahl beim Frühstück
Pros:

Modernes Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Das Zimmer war zwar (für eine Dreierbelegung) recht klein aber zweckmäßig und ausreichend. Schöner Pool auf der Dachterrasse mit toller Aussicht. Highlight war (neben der Tischtennisplatte in der Lobby) aber das Frühstück. Es gibt wirklich eine riesige Auswahl herzhafter und süßer Speisen mit Spezialitäten aus verschiedenen Teilen Indiens.

Cons:

Das Zustellbett war leider unbrauchbar, da eine Stange der klappbaren/geteilten Matratze so hart durchdrückte, dass man darauf nicht wirklich liegen konnte, wir haben daher die Sitzcouch als zusätzliches Bett nutzen müssen.

Kind staff! Central location. Recommended.
Pros:

The staff was very kind and accommodating. I arrived tired and jetlagged after a long flight and Anu at the front desk gave me a drink voucher and brought me my room key before the typical check-in time, while I was eating their tasty lunch buffet. The location is convenient, right in the middle of the city. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had lots of options, something for every taste.

Cons:

I liked it! One small thing, the second-floor bar seating could have been a little cozier. But I liked this hotel and recommend it.

Grumpy Staff.

My stay at the Radisson was disappointing, particularly because of the attitude and lack of responsibility shown by some of the staff.

During my stay, a cup was accidentally broken, leaving scattered glass pieces in the room. I immediately informed the staff because I had children with me and the situation was potentially dangerous. Unfortunately, I had to wait for the issue to be addressed.

When I followed up, the janitor told me that the incident had happened during the previous shift and that he could not deal with it. This was extremely frustrating. A guest's safety should not depend on which staff member's shift the incident occurred in.

Eventually, because I was concerned about my children stepping on the glass, I had to clean it up myself.

I expected much better from a hotel of Radisson's standard. Staff shift changes and internal responsibilities should never come before guest safety and basic service. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that similar incidents are handled promptly, regardless of which shift or department is responsible. Radisson itself states that guest health, safety, and security are part of its hotel responsibilities.
