Pros:

Beautiful place in the middle of the nature. They have a lot of rescued animals there and you wake up with hummingbirds on the balcony everyday. Ideal place for nature lovers with beautiful views from the balcony.

Cons:

It’s up in the mountains, so of course transportation/walking in the city is always necessary.

Le cadre est effectivement superbe : chambre spacieuse et confortable, vue magnifique, proximité immédiate des cascades. La cuisine est de bonne qualité et le personnel en salle est professionnel et attentif.

Cons:

Malheureusement, l’expérience globale a été fortement entachée par de sérieux problèmes d’information et de relation client.

Avant notre arrivée, il nous a été indiqué que l’accès à l’hôtel nécessitait un 4x4 type SUV, ce qui est faux. La piste est extrêmement difficile, accidentée et nécessite un véhicule très haut type Jeep. Notre SUV a patiné et a frotté à de nombreux endroits sous la caisse, générant un stress important et des inquiétudes légitimes concernant l’état du véhicule.

Une fois arrivés péniblement à l’hôtel, nous avons alerté le responsable sur les risques de cette piste, et l’incohérence entre la description de Booking et la réalité du terrain. Nous lui avons également souligné que nous avions payé un coût supplémentaire substantiel pour louer un 4x4 au lieu d’une voiture classique, et lui avons fait part de notre état de stress et de notre totale incompréhension par rapport aux informations envoyées. D’ailleurs, aucune autre voiture de client n’était garée dans le parking de l’hôtel : tous avaient choisis de rester dans la ville la plus proche (Minca) et de monter en jeep-taxi.

Le responsable n’a manifesté aucune compassion ni compréhension, et s’est borné à nous inviter à nous « calmer », sans rien dire de plus.
Son attitude distante, sans aucune empathie et peu soucieuse de notre situation nous a profondément déçus.

Autre point préoccupant : la présence d’animaux présentée sous un angle “rescue”. Le concept manque de transparence. Si certains animaux semblent évoluer dans un environnement adapté, les conditions de détention d’autres (notamment les singes et la biche, enfermés dans des enclos très petits) nous ont semblé très limitées en espace. Il nous a été indiqué que les singes-araignée leur avaient été confiés car ils n’étaient pas adaptés à l’environnement de la Sierra Nevada, quid d’un programme pour les envoyer vers un habitat plus adapté plutot que de les garder dans une cage si petite pour toujours ?

Dit is echt een klein paradijsje! De omgeving is ongelofelijk mooi, de kamers hebben lekkere bedden, zijn mooi ingericht, er is een superlekker ontbijt, en er werken ongelofelijk lieve en behulpzame mensen. Alles kan geregeld worden: vervoer, massages, was. We hebben ontzettend genoten!

Pros:

Это просто невероятное место посреди джунглей. Здесь есть интернет, если вам важно оставаться на связи, здесь есть горячая вода, отличная еда. Но самое главное - это необыкновенные пейзажи, доброжелательность сотрудников и огромное количество птиц вокруг.

Pros:

Reserva Natural Tierra Adentro est un lieu magique.
L’emplacement sur les hauteurs de Minka, à proximité des cascades et du sommet Pinus, avec une vue sur les montagnes est un havre de paix, propice à la connection avec la nature, au lâcher prise et à la méditation. La terrasse de notre chambre donnait sur les cascades et la montagne, visitée par les colibris et les perroquets. Un pur bonheur.
Mais ce lieu est rendu encore plus fabuleux grâce à la qualité de l’accueil chaleureux, attentionné et adorable de l’équipe encadrante en particulier Daniel et celle du restaurant.
De tout cœur j’espère avoir l’occasion de revenir me ressourcer et être dorlotée comme je l’ai été.

La alimentación y la vista es buena

Cons:

Habia mucha humedad en la habitación que nos toco, no habia agua y cuando hubo salia muy fria. Para entrar o salir del lugar si no es a pie debes pagar $100,000 por trayecto en carro ya que es complicado acceder

Top-Erholung im Dschungel über Minca.
Pros:

Ein paradiesischer Ort, an dem einem die Kolibris um die Ohren fliegen. Noch zwei Kurven oberhalb der Minca-Wasserfälle ist man weit weg vom lärmigen Treiben in Minca (etwas abenteuerlich ist der Hinweg, den wir mit Off-road-Motorrädern gemacht haben). Der Service ist sehr aufmerksam.

A unique experience.
Pros:

Beautiful lay out, the rooms were lovely! The staff were excellent! The work they do for the animals is amazing, you have to check out the animals! Overall it was an incredible experience.

Cons:

The ONLY thing I would recommend is the food. The vegetables are always the same for each meal, so a lot of the food can have similar tastes. It could be worth adding some different vegetables to different plates.
